The .NET ShutMan project is a shutdown manager. You can create a countdown-timer and the program shutdown your pc when the timer is expired (up to 36 hours)! Important: You need the .Net Framework 4.0!

County is a time measurement instrument that integrates two applications into one. County is a very customizable tool that comes included with both a countdown timer and a stopwatch. County allows the user to activate the beep when the countdown stops, or modify the counter background and foreground colors.
