AllenNLP makes it easy to design and evaluate new deep learning models for nearly any NLP problem, along with the infrastructure to easily run them in the cloud or on your laptop. AI4D is an 3D framework to help the students of Artificial Intelligence. You can download the "mega ultra beta" version by CVS. Actually i only tested it on Linux. But probably will work if you put the DLL in the path. I really like help to make it bet
