OpenVoucher is an open source voucher management / hotspot system for authenticating guests in your wifi or cable network. It is designed to be easy to use for anyone who wants to issue vouchers. WPAGen is a wifi password generator written in Python. It runs in the terminal and has very few dependencies other than Python itself, and if you're using the compiled binary you don't even have to have Python installed.
