    "Avoid this company at all costs."

    Pros: There is nothing positive about this company; they are cheating on lots of customers; very bad experience

    Overall: Avoid this company at all costs.

    According to Times of Malta (June 24, 2024):

    - The firm was at the center of a large-scale investigation into an alleged Russian-Eurasian criminal network.
    - Customers of Blackcatcard, speaking anonymously, reported being unable to withdraw funds since the investigation began.
    - Police conducted searches of the financial entity as part of an international investigation into alleged money laundering.

    Unfortunately, I wired €1,000 to my Blackcatcard account at the beginning of December 2024 without first researching the company online. The funds were not credited to my account, nor were they returned to my original bank account.

    From my sending bank's perspective, the payment was processed successfully. However, Blackcatcard appears to have retained the money. Despite their claims of issues with SEPA changes—a story they've repeatedly used with customers since the start of the year—the funds were not refunded, as would be expected if such issues were legitimate.

    I plan to file complaints with the police and the Maltese Financial Arbiter and strongly recommend others do the same if you have also been defrauded by this company.

    Pros: - Cheap services, almost everything is free
    - Online opening
    - No credit history check
    - Crypto features

    Cons: - Slow transfers
    - Old-school design
    - SEPA is strange

    Overall: Great day-to-day bank app. If you live in Europe its good and cheap, very simple and straight-forward

    "JUST SCAM!!"

    Pros: At the beginning they were very fast. I had to register and after a few days my card arrived. Later I sent some BTC. Everything seemed to be working.

    Cons: I got some mails to answer and to send documents again. Finally they closed my account. Very bad and arrogant customer support! Till now I haven't get my BTC back. So it is obviously a scam!

    Overall: Just scam! They want to rip off peoples money and nothing else! Don't waste your time and money! The support is very bad too. I highly recommend everyone to avoid these scammers!
