Buddy Punch

Pros: I have been using this app for about two weeks now and love it. It was easy to read, easy to use and I would not want to work with any other app.

Cons: There really is not anything I can say bad about this app I have not encountered an issue.

Overall: I could not have found a better app for this purpose. I love using this app, from the ease of use to the information presented quickly and cleanly.

Pros: I love using the buddy punch app it is very user friendly as well as easy to manage- edit and change shifts as well as scheduling PTO time.

Cons: Nothing its an absolutely amazing app. we use it daily for out company.

Overall: I would definitely recommend to other users its amazing. the app that is available makes it easy to manage.

Pros: The fact you can adjust the hours at anytime before posting is the most helpful think about Buddy Punch

Cons: The only downside to Buddy Punch is that you have to enter national holidays manually.

Overall: Overall I believe Buddy Punch is great program for big or small businesses and I can't recommend it enough.

Overall: Overall, my experience with Buddy Punch has been smooth sailing. It allows me to clock in and out seamlessly.

Pros: well for the managers that can't handle time sheets and want to geofence and track their clients around.... monitor that they are indeed working and staying at the desk to log in and log out. or if they are on their phone follow their phone around during the day to see where they've gone off to for a long lunch...

Cons: leave your phone at work if you use your phone to punch in and out,. don't forget employers can geo fence or gps track your phone so they know if you've tried to log in while not actually at work.
Check and edit your time sheet if you've punched out and your boss has it set to revert back 15 minutes. when you edit, make sure you edit and explain away why you couldn't punch in on time IE the computer took to long to log in.

Overall: it's fine for the micromanaging distrusting employer that needs to keep track of their employers that's all.
Great for employers who have too many time sheets to keep track of and want computers to do it.

Pros: - Great customer service that is always ready to help.
- Clean and easy to use interface.
- Scheduling creation tools are fantastic.
- Tracking employee hours and time cards is simple and readable.
- My team loves it!

Cons: - The mobile app is very limited and lacks a lot of the features available only on PC.

Overall: I recommend this product to any team leads or business owners that want to simply their scheduling, keep track of payroll and ensuring the correct people are on the correct job.

Pros: Very easy to use, has a good amount of features, the design is slick, the support team is awesome, and the pricing is reasonable.

Cons: The amount of features is nice, though could be improved. Additionally, the lack of a portable version of the software is strange.

Overall: Buddy Punch is an intuitive piece of software that I quite like. Though it has some minor short-comings, they're made up with the support team and the ease of use.

Pros: Great way to punch in and out for work. When my boss is not able to verify my attendance, this is a great way for them to verify it.

Cons: I don’t have a con for Buddy Punch because I like Buddy Punch.

Overall: Very convenient and shows your timecard. Very great for gps tracking. Monitoring the coworkers time sheet is very important to the company

Pros: Amazing customer service, very user friendly platform, intuitive setup, and onboarding was great! Also love how it integrates with QB Desktop!

Cons: Nothing yet... they are so great! My only thing I'm working on is tweaking a report.

Overall: We've been using Buddy Punch for a couple months now, and it has completely transformed how we manage employee time tracking. The setup was incredibly quick and straightforward, we were up and running in no time! The interface is clean, user-friendly, and intuitive, which made the transition seamless for our entire team.

What really stands out, though, is the amazing customer service. Anytime we've had a question, the support team has been prompt, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we’re getting the most out of the software.

After trying several different systems over the years, Buddy Punch is hands-down the best we've had. Highly recommend it to any business looking for a reliable and easy-to-use timekeeping solution!

Pros: This make clocking in and out easy. This makes a fun way to clock in and out as well. This is also a great way to confirm your colleague's pin incase of emergencies.

Cons: I don't see any negative thins on Buddy Punch so far.

Overall: This has been a great experience using Buddy Punch. From set up to usage. Everything is smooth sailing so far.

Pros: The biggest upside of using Buddy Punch is that you don’t have to worry or panic when you forget to punch in and out because you are allowed to edit your time and then it goes to your manager for manual approval. Extremely easy to keep track of your work hours and the app is very user friendly!!

Cons: I haven’t had any problems with the app so far.

Overall: Buddy Punch is extremely user-friendly and allows. You to adjust your time accordingly if you forget to punch in or out.

Pros: Buddy Punch is extremely user friendly--just punch in & punch out for your shift! Buddy Punch also offers the ability to pre schedule your shift (with management approval required) so that makes it even more easy to use! Great product!

Cons: At first some features were hard to find but once I found them they were easy to use!

Overall: I have used several different time clock apps and I believe Buddy Punch is the best one! So easy to use!

Pros: This app makes life so much easier. Clocking in and out is literally one click. If you need to make adjustments to your time it is so simple and there are rarely system down times or errors of Buddy Punch's end.

Cons: I have absolutely no cons that I can even list. This app is just great.

Overall: My overall experience as previously stated has been great. I honestly cannot state even one negative thing.

Pros: I like how simple it is to handle anything; the software is quite useful for businesses. There is nothing I detest about it; it is fantastic. It makes clocking in and out of work much easier.

Overall: We have been using this software for over six months. Everything is working perfectly and smoothly. The features are cool and simple to use.

Pros: It's super easy to use. It's also a great way to track in/outs and the leaves of your team members to plan accordingly.

Cons: I don't have anything I don't like with Buddy Punch as of now.

Overall: It's a great so far. We've been using it for at least 6 months now and it's been great. The pictures for in and outs are also now a norm for us to dress up or get wacky pictures from time to time.

Pros: This app is awesome! You can check you schedule easily, you can also see your colleagues schedules. What makes it great is the time off calendar. You can see whether there's someone on time off for a specific day, which is helpful for us since we can only take time off one at a time.

Cons: I don't have anything I dislike about Buddy Punch.

Overall: Buddy Punch is the best! It is user-friendly, it doesn't give you a headache just by navigating the interface.

Pros: GPS Tracking is best feature for employees working at home. Is not confusing how Buddy Punch rendered schedules on your portal.

Cons: I have not encounter any major issue. There are minor thing they can improve like, color coding for each employee, so it more easy to look on PTO calendar., but nonetheless everything is better.

Overall: Using Buddy Punch make attendance tracking so easy, The toll navigation is good for beginners and apply PTOs is not complicated on user's end.

Cons: We can't use it on our phone app because it's hard to prove if we are actually in the office. A gps tracker would be handy to verify where we are at checkin and check out.

Overall: Great system, very easy to understand. Unfortunately we can't use the phone app, per our company. But it is very user friendly.

Pros: Buddy Punch is easy to figure out and use. Even if you're not technologically inclined, a little navigating will get you a long way!

Cons: I had some trouble at first in the difference between entering time for work vs PTO times, but I played around with the site and figured it out.

Overall: Overall, I'd say this is an easy system to utilize and navigate. Even a novice can use it. I haven't had to use a time-system for work in more than two decades and figured it out.

Overall: I really like the punch in/out feature for our employees. Our customers also have confidence they know who is on the job via the GPS capability. The whole integration and set up was easy and our employees were able to get started right away. Customer support has been very helpful and responds quickly.
