Pros: I am very pleased with the ability to either manually enter timesheet hours or ask employees to clock in and out. Having all employee data in one place is an excellent resources, and I look forward to utilizing the benefits management portion of the platform to further streamline our onboarding process. Creating custom reports that can aggregate the needed data in one spreadsheet in minutes is also a feature I use regularly for many different HR tasks.
Cons: The time off scheduling is difficult to manage with prorated part-time employees, as we have to create a new time off classification for each amount, whether they work 20 hours, 24 hours, 30 hours, or so on. We have a lot of part time personnel and this has made using the time off feature both time consuming and frustrating. Inability to edit benefit information as it changes (we switched dental plans mid-year and could not input this from the employer side at all), and also inability to find our carriers in the system, has made implementing benefits administration difficult.
Overall: I am very pleased with using GoCo for our time tracking and employee onboarding. It is an excellent resource to find all information on an employee quickly, from salary to start date, which has been invaluable as my organization pivots to offering its own benefits rather than lumped in with a previous umbrella group. GoCo's time off and benefits features have proven less optimal for our organization, but I hope with time and assistance from the support team to resolve our issues with both and to be able to fully utilize GoCo as our one-stop HR, Payroll, and Benefits platform.

Pros: GoCo has a sleek, easy to use interface. We get compliments often about how easy and straightforward GoCo has made the onboarding process, which makes a great first impression on new employees who are just joining our agency! It also has vastly cut down on the administrative burden of scanning and filing paperwork into employee personnel files.
Cons: It is a little high priced for our non-profit budget.
Overall: I would highly recommend GoCo to any agency seeking onboarding/HR software. It's easy to use and required virtually no training to get employees enrolled and using it.

Pros: I like that all our on boarding processes are digital, organized, and user friendly. I really like how easy it is to start my hiring process.
Cons: Some of the forms are not complete are can't be signed. Like the background check authorization. There is no field for my employees to sign. It's also a little clunky for the I-9 verification process. For instance, when the employees provide their social security card and ID in one area, I have to download and upload myself. The system is not aware that the documents have already been provided?
Overall: Overall it's a great platform and saves me a lot of time. I love how professional and efficient it makes my company look.

Pros: GoCo, an easy to use HRIS system, has allowed our employees to have a seamless onboard experience. So many previously antiquated tasks are now easy to accomplish.
Cons: As an HR admin, there is a lot to learn. Integration with payroll has been challenging, based on how we need to track employee hours for invoicing and billing, but this may be an anomaly of our company.
Overall: Overall, GoCo sales, support and product have revolutionized our HRIS experience. We have had dedicated account managers who respond in a timely and caring manner. Whole GoCo company vibe is very upbeat, responsive, and caring.

Pros: The interface is user friendly.
Customer service is incredible.
Always making improvements - I feel like my suggestions/feedback are heard.Cons: There are a few things that don't integrate well with other products.
Overall: I've had nothing but an amazing experience. I use GoCo as the gold standard for service when looking for a partner.
