Cons: One thing that I find missing is to be able to have a feature where we get to have a background music in our streams, as of the moment what we do is we do load it straight from share screen then just hide the share screen window.

Overall: StreamYard is amazing for teams who do broadcasts with people who aren't that tech savvy! The feature is very similar to other broadcast applications but it's very easy to comprehend and understand! Even though it looks so simple, it is very customizable; making your streams have your own personal touch! It's so easy to teach it to the people who wants to learn and organize it. Even though there's a few young people in our Campus team, the one's a bit older than us can work on StreamYard seamlessly and professionally! Worth the price that you pay for an excellent service!

Pros: Great for live streams, you have the option of live casting to multiple platforms, I like the option of paying a monthly or annual fee. You can stream from all the major social media outlets as well.

Cons: I don't have cons at this time as I just started using the program.

Overall: Overall, this is a good broadcasting software program. I like how it is super easy to use and set up. I like that you can use all major social media outlets since people from my age genre are on them 24/7.

Pros: This software is like no other. It allows people to be able to stream across various platforms and has a professional setup, similar to news channels. The split screen feature is great. StreamYard also allows for information to be displayed to viewers on a scrolling marquee.

Cons: Initially, it was difficult for me to connect the app to Facebook. Facebook made it difficult to find on their platform. Another problem that I noticed is that there’s a delay from when a viewer types something in the chat until when it appears on screen.

Overall: Overall, I’m satisfied with this product. I love the interface and the ease of use. I like the ability to be able to customize the colors and certain settings. I’m looking forward to more updates and new features.

Pros: I host a talk show and recently tried StreamYard after using another streaming application for almost two years. It is easy to use. The best part is the ease in playing my brand's video before my interviews. No more sharing a screen to do so as with another streaming service! Love it!

Further, it is a plus that we can share our guests' names and even a ticker tape. I am still learning. My first live went without a hitch.

Cons: This is not a major con but when guests share their screen, I have to admit their screen into the studio.

Overall: It is an excellent platform! I am canceling my subscription with another streaming service. Love that it user friendly and that I can go live on 3 sites with the basic plan.

Pros: I love that StreamYard is so user friendly. I like to think I'm techie, but I'm not really. However, StreamYard makes is so easy to livestream to multiple platforms at once and the platform itself makes me look like a techie. I've received so many compliments on how cool my livestreams look.

Cons: Um...there's nothing I don't like about StreamYard.

Overall: Best. Livestreaming. Platform. Ever!! It's so easy to use. The online support and the facebook community are also amazing. I've learned so much from the StreamYard community.

Pros: StreamYard gives professional reliable multi streams with all types of devices. Good for newbies & experienced people alike. It makes it very easy for even those with a minimal technical experience to log on and join a broadcast.

StreamYard is very in-tune with its users, and listens strongly to customer feedback in implementing new features and tweaking its product. The recent addition of hotkeys has been one of many changes which its user base have asked for and it has provided, which now means the service is compatible with StreamDeck and similar products.

StreamYard is also very cost-effective, and has an inexpensive price point.

StreamYard really helped me come into my own during lockdown and broadcast a professional looking weekly live show to different platforms without a glitch. This used a combination of desktop and mobile devices. Without StreamYard this wouldn't have been possible.

Cons: Another single camera view showing background is needed, as the current single cam view takes up the full screen. The addition to switching between overlays would be a welcome addition to the hotkeys setup, along with the ability to turn on/off mics and cameras other than your own.

Overall: An excellent product, with fabulous support. StreamYard listens to its users. Very reliable. A great product for both its users and guests.

Pros: This program is so easy to use. Simple log into your account, choose your stream locations, and you are ready to go. No tech to battle with. It’s truly that easy.

Cons: Gosh with the constant new features that the StreamYard crew keep adding it's hard to come up with any cons. One feature that I’d love to see is to have a different colors for my main onscreen banners from the ticker banner… so we can have a two tone effect.

Overall: StreamYard is not only simple to use but incredibly versatile. I love that you can upload backgrounds, overlays, logos, & videos. I especially like that you help us learn about new features with your YouTube tutorials. Thx for creating a great program.

Pros: They nail their pillars.
Browser only setup is dead simple.
Feature set is robust.
Creating destinations and shows is really easy.

Cons: Branding/styling limitations.
Lack of transition support.
Studio view for intermediate productions isn’t conducive to manageable workflows without hotkeys, which are only now starting to roll out but still lacking critical functionality.

Overall: StreamYard has been amazing for our transition from nothing to two shows weekly engaging our community. Highly recommend!

Pros: I live how StreamYard helps me build an online community that is genuine and engaging. Live-streaming with stream is user friendly and lifts so many of the stresses that come running a live show! Eg: text, branding, screen sharing

Cons: Sometimes I wish there was more details on layout choices. Like if you share the full screen but have a box at the bottom your ticker will cover part of your box.

Overall: Overalls I am so thankful for StreamYard and it helped me take my channel from 100 or so subs and I am about to break 100 in less than 8 months!

Pros: Streaming using StreamYard is easy to use or user friendly... 2 days ago, I tried teaching my physical education class using StreamYard... even though I've used different applications and tabs to present, i can easily navigate... and at the same time i hosted the interview.. am motivated to do more live streaming for my class.

Cons: Streaming with background music is a little challenging for me.

Overall: I totally like StreamYard. I am motivated to learn more techniques and to improve more so i can teach physical education well.

Pros: Very easy to use with a very small learning curve.
A very stable platform with high quality streams and recordings at a very reasonable price point.

Cons: We need more layouts and an advanced studio for advanced users. It's a soft complaint because i understand the desire to keep the learning curve small.

Overall: When our public access TV show lost access to the studio StreamYard was there to help us continue making high quality content. We would have likely lost a 30 year institution without them.

Pros: Easiest functionality.
Cloud based.
Simple to understand.
Adding overlays.
The various camera views and layouts are easily interchangeable.

Cons: Not much creative control as Ecamm for example, beyond backgrounds and overlays. Not comparable with stream deck.
Would love to have a control board where you can see everything without clicking-so being able read comments without leaving the overlay section.

Overall: I love StreamYard! I use it exclusively, 4 times a week.
At least 4 times a week I go live and sometimes more often, and StreamYard has been very easy to use.

Pros: Its easy configuration helps greatly to be able to stream on different social networks. Super recommended.

Cons: The one that the price is a little high personally.

Overall: It is an excellent program to stream on different social networks, easy to customize and use. I like it.

Pros: The ease of use is unmatched . Multi destination streams, high end appearance and all done from a browser window!

Cons: I would love to be able to have the background showing with a singe speaker present. As well, the ability to increase the size of the name plates.

Overall: StreamYard is easy to use for both operators and guests. It gives a high level feel to a simple live stream set up.

Pros: Streamyard is really easy to use and offer many options. You can easily setup everything for every platforms and add guests in a blink of an eye.

Cons: There's no sound volume board helping you manage the volume of your guesses or whatever you share on screen. It makes it complicated to talk over music for instance and make a podcast live sound more professional.

Overall: Easy to use, not too expensive, many options to customize everything, lots of support only, but lack of volume control...

Pros: Everything is incredible. It's so Easy to use and the support is great.

Cons: Nothing.

Overall: My overall experience is that the service i get with StreamYard is great and lots of cool features.

Pros: I love using SY for my life activities like conduct training live section and conduct hybrid learning.

Cons: I don't like the SY mobile. Cannot share screen anymore.

Overall: Overall, I love and enjoy using SY freely. Easy and awesomeness. The dashboard also simple. My panels easy to use it even I just chat about it.

Pros: I like that I am able to use StreamYard to go live into our Facebook Ministry Page & YouTube Page I find it so easy to use I have ADHD and I can honestly say that I have not struggled in figuring out how to do this and that. I did have a hiccup regarding download but the crew was awesome and walked me through peace a cake! I love that StreamYard also has different topics and different shows that come on like Melanie, Christian I can't name them all but I find that to be very informative cause we learn something new from each one of them. Puddles is the Man hands down lol He's the Spark that is needed for StreamYard Whoop Whooop

Cons: I can't Complain At All Well just a tad bit I was so comfy with not having to even give it a thought about having to be limited with the saving of my lives However I like the option of being able to delete old ones to make room for me without having to go in my pocket cause can I Keep It Real I'm on a Super Tight Budget I already pay $25 a month so I think this should remain unlimited for us that pay!

Overall: Super Easy to Use Love the Fact that I can Download without having to worry about an Expiration Date (14 days) Keep Up the Good Work Guys! StreamYard ROCKS!!!

Pros: I find StreamYard to be the easiest tool for streaming, I do three shows a week it makes life fun again.

Cons: I am sure if I thought long enough I could come up with a con, yet right now I have none.

Overall: Top of the line. Enjoy producing shows and learning ways to improve by watch others. I have fun every time I do a show.
