HighPoint RocketU 1022A PCI-Express 2.0 x1 Low Profile USB 3.0 HBA Controller Card
On Mac OS X 10.9.1, file data attached via USB 3.0 card cannot be read from/written to. Following Finder Error message:
"The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “xxx.yyy” can’t be read or written.
(Error code -36)"
Files on USB 3-attached drives cannot be copied to same drive or to another drive
Files on non USB 3-attached drives cannot be copied to USB 3-attached drive
Folders on USB 3-attached drives can be created/deleted without any problems
Files on USB 3-attached drives can be deleted without any problems
Existing files on USB 3-attached drives can be moved around on same drive without any problems

Sorry, this is happening on v. 1.2.7
I have not tried 1.2.8.
Also updated my AppleExclusions list, but still exhibits problematic behavior. Previously worked on 10.8.4.

I got same same issue with 1.2.7. OS X 10.9,1 with ASM 1042 on Asus p9x79 WS.
Everything was working fine at OS X 10.9.0
