If I start my computer with the USB 3 device connected and powered on the USB 3 functionality seems to work. If the device is off when the computer starts the USB 3 functionality does not appear to work.

I have same problem in my computer, with usb 3.0. It is powered ok With a connected a device before booting the OS. If i plug the device later i can't get it to work any device, i have -gux_defer_usb2 guy_no_idle.

It's something relating powering . I have a renesas/nec usb 3.0 upd720200.
