We are nearing the release of MuseScore 3.3!

Thanks to the hard work of the community, we improved already stable release of MuseScore 3.2.3.

• @DLLarson exposed a lot of properties and made fixes for the Plugin API
• @Tantacrul redesigned and @dmitrio95 implemented the redesign of the palettes widget. The goal was to simplify customization of the palettes and get away from the master palette. Check it out in the Beta version and let us know whether we succeeded :)

We have long had the goal of making MuseScore as accessible for visually impaired users as we can. There are many aspects to what this means, and slowly but surely, we've been progressing toward that.

I would like to start a discussion here about our priorities and strategies. We will of course continue to use the issue tracker for specific bugs or individual feature requests, but let's talk here about the big picture.... read more

The focus of this release was performance and stability. We reached an incredible boost in optimization so MuseScore 3 is now faster than MuseScore 2, but is still powerful with the smart layout feature. The crash reporter facility introduced in MuseScore 3.0.3 lets us concentrate on fixing the most frequent crashes.
