capsWatcher is a software created in Python using the PyQt framework to indicate the state of toggle keys on the screen using image-based overlays, allowing for easy customization and theme creation by the community. The project was developed based on the need for an open-source, elegant, and customizable tool that allows users to create their own overlay style.
