LeverNote looks and acts exactly as the Evernote Online Client would, but it still has work to do.

With LeverNote, your password is NEVER saved, even if you click the save for 30 days box (This is for now, until we make this possible). Another thing that happens is you can't go to the upgrade options (also for now). The reason these both don't work is because there is no code for either part in it yet.

LeverNote is made by Elijah Cruz, a sophmore (as of January 4th, 2016) in high school. Originally for himself, he decided to post it on SourceForge. Feel free to use it, distribute it, and anything else, as long as you give credit.

Known Systems it works on:
Ubuntu 15.04
Ubuntu 14.04
Ubuntu 14.10
Ubuntu 11.04 (Bare Minimum)

Features

  • Made for Linux
  • Doesn't save any credentials
  • Is only 2.4MB big (Uncompressed)
  • Connects to the actual Evernote, so you get every feature they have.
  • Is Free (of course)
