Excellent, easy to use utility for using HW compression on LTO-4 and higher drives. Great work, thank you !

I used this in RHEL7 to enable hardware encryption on a Quantum LTO-5 tape drive. It worked great. Thank you for providing such an excellent and light-weight utility. This was a great alternative to bloated commercial enterprise backup software for the simple task of enabling hardware encryption on the tape drive. 5 stars!
