For me, it installs fine, and works fine. Of course, it might be a little tricky for someone that's not familiar with webservers or databases. If you know your MySQL login credentials, it's pretty easy. A little slow, compared to VTiger, but the fact it's NOT VTiger is one of it's big selling points for me. Sugar has been THE CRM program to use for years, but it's not exactly 'Real' Open Source. It's stripped down. To get full functionality, you need to pay, and I mean PAY. SuiteCRM is the best of all worlds. It's based on Open Source Sugar, but uses Open Source add-ons to make it close to, if not better than, the 'Pay' Sugar. I haven't had time to play with it, but based on it's pedigree, this will be THE CRM program within a year or two, if not sooner.

Will not install. I see the install.php page come up, but when I click "Next" I get an error stating:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
Cant get past that error.
Any help would be great considering the site is down....

A very good open source CRM. Thanks for the job!

Es una buena herramienta, es una pena que haya muy pocos complementos y que sean muy caros.

The best open source CRM product available in the marketplace and an obvious alternative to overpriced and expensive paid for CRM solutions.

The latest version SuiteCRM-7.1.2 MAX.zip has lot of file permission issues must of the folder 700 while the previous version SuiteCRM-7.1.1 MAX.zip has 777 (this is bad for security reason) file folder permission. As a result you will encounter problem trying to install the latest version. Am currently testing this in a local machine.
