Taipan is an immensely robust UCI chess engine written solely by Leonard Krylo that is written to give precise chess analysis and ofcourse, play strong chess. Furthermore, It's elo is estimated to be around 3300-3400! It would be safe to say that it's much stronger than any human grandmaster in history! The name of this chess engine is derived from the most venomous snake in the world, Taipan.

The current version is 1.0.
