libxmp is a library that renders module files to PCM data. xmp is a module player for Unix-like systems, based on libxmp, that plays over 90 mainstream and obscure module formats from Amiga, Atari, Acorn, Apple IIgs and PC, including Protracker (MOD), Scream Tracker 3 (S3M), Fast Tracker II (XM) and Impulse Tracker (IT) files.

  • Plays modules accurately on Android and has an intuitive and unique interface that looks great and allows you to mute specific channels just like a desktop tracker which I love. My only complaint (and it's quite small) is that there isn't an easy way to skip to different songs contained in one module, it would be nice if there were controls to switch between subsongs.
