The breaks are an interrupt in the contour. It's calculating the intersections to the break layer and removes parts of the lines which are interesting with the geometry on the break layer. Gcode incorrect when using breaks.

Letters and numbers

Hi Angelo, you need to convert the letters and numbers into polylines. Just ask google how to do this in your CAD tool. regards Christian
