Not the most appetizing shot, but I want y'all to know that coconut rice pudding with mango, lime syrup and crushed pink peppercorns is very yummy.
(Context: we had our Easter potluck lunch at work today and I brought rice pudding with various toppings. Other toppings were lemon curd, passion fruit, banana, and powdered sugar. Had intended to also bring the caramelised bananas that I had made, but forgot.)

I don't like fried battered foods, so I just pan-fried the shrooms instead of coating them in flour and deep-frying them. Also I kinda messed up the rice, so I hid it under the cashews. If you have a South East Asian auntie (F/M/X b/c I'm told that "auntie" is a state of mind) willing to yell at me about how to cook rice properly, you have my handle.
I had a craving for lemon grass, so I bought it to experiment with a lemongrass version of the sambal, but then I forgot, so I guess I'll use it for tea.

How often do you eat takeaway food? What about pre-prepared ready meals? Or maybe just microwaving some leftovers you had in the fridge? In any of these cases, there’s a pretty good chance the container was made out of plastic. Considering that they can be an extremely affordable option, are there any potential downsides we need to be aware of? We decided to investigate.
Scientific research increasingly shows that heating food in plastic packaging can release microplastics and plastic chemicals into the food we eat. A new Greenpeace International review of peer-reviewed studies finds that microwaving plastic food containers significantly increases this release, raising concerns about long-term human health impacts. This article summarises what the science says, what remains uncertain, and what needs to change.

7/n We made it to Arth-Goldau. I'm feeling a bit peckish, so decided to open up the mini panetone I bought on a discount at Esselunga. I normally don't approve of eating on a train. Everybody who does so, always seems to be eating smoked salmon or salami or, in extreme cases, smacking themselves through a full kilogram of Greek yoghurt (hashtag never forget). However, since I'm the only one and panetone should smell and sound relatively inoffensive, I chose to go for a #ChooChooChew and have a snack.
Also: @ScubaET suggested #TrackingAnna, which I like, too! Maybe #AnnaOnTrack would work also? Except that travelling with Deutsche Bahn, it would be rarely accurate?
