The squad command canvas
- •Squads got a real command canvas — drag members to arrange, drag dot-to-dot to connect, and run everything from one surface
- •@-mention an agent in any chat: pick from the roster, see a clean @name (never a raw token), and the mentioned member answers alone
- •Mention the squad supervisor and only the supervisor replies — no more full-squad fan-out for a greeting
- •Per-member controls on the canvas: role, permissions, step budget, allowed-tools list — all live config the runtime enforces
- •Pause a member and they truly stop receiving squad work until resumed; addressing a paused member tells you plainly
- •Give the squad (or one member, or several) a task right on the canvas, watch the working cards pulse, stop a run, read the answer in place
- •Approvals and questions land on the canvas too: approve a member's tool call or answer its question without leaving the graph
- •Squad chat joined the notebook-journal design — handwriting prompts, printed replies, per-member token attribution
- •All of it works on your phone: stacked toolbars, a pinned task runner, and a bottom-sheet inspector
