The session behind the work

spantail/spantail v1.2.0 and version 0.5.0 of the Claude plugin turn to the agent session itself: log work from a session and it's linked automatically, durations now count active time rather than idle wall-clock, and the Stop hook returns in about 20ms instead of holding up Claude Code.
