— Ink-Tinted introducing himself.

Ink-Tinted is a character from Splatoon 3: Splatlands. He first appeared in Volume 18.

Description

Ink-Tinted is a male Octoling with the "Surfcurl" hairstyle. While his eye color is unknown, his hair color is chrome yellow, and he has the thin style eyebrows. Ink-Tinted wears the Ink-Tinted Goggles, Red Battlecrab Shell, "Baggy sweatpants" legwear, and Turbo Tabi Red. Ink-Tinted uses the Range Blaster.

Personality

Ink-Tinted is portrayed as somewhat air-headed. He does not think before he speaks and often trails off during his sentences. However, his air-headed personality does not mean he is completely stupid, as he can strategize at certain times. Ink-Tinted is also kind-hearted, as he manages to give Braid advice on being more confident. In the almanac it states that he is well known for having a warm heart by others.

Trivia

  • Ink-Tinted does not like the usage of Octophones' Black Labels.
  • Ink-Tinted is one of Splatsville Great Eight.
  • Goggles often mistakes Ink-Tinted's hair for chocolate cornets.
  • According to the Inkling Almanac, he is not a fan of large rollercoasters.
  • Ink-Tinted's design and appearance are based on "YARRwhal" from Splatoon 3's promotional art.
