This issue should be resolved now and mobile transcriptions should be completed as normal. Apologies for any disruption!
We're still evaluating the impact here and may be able to backfill speaker diarization for existing affected transcripts over the next couple of days, but going forwards this issue is resolved!
We've rolled back the change that caused this outage, and AI summaries are now working again - sorry for the blip!
