Update - We are in the process of restoring the visibility of earned Grid Rewards from the end of November and the beginning of December for customers who are still missing them. We expect the process to take a few weeks, due to the end-of-year holidays, before all data is fully processed.

Update - Some customers might not see all earned Grid Rewards displayed in the Grid Rewards screen and/or in the charging summary, and that previously listed earned Grid Rewards are missing.

This issue does not affect the calculation of rewards or compensation, meaning that you continue to charge at the cheaper rate, and the rewards will become visible in the Grid Rewards screen once the issue is resolved.

Identified - The Solis Bridge integration is currently under active development. We’re improving the integration week by week and aim to move it out of LABs in the near future.

Tibber is also continuously working on supporting more power fees (peak tariffs) in Sweden. These fees will be considered in the optimisation to ensure grid costs are also minimised.

Investigating - Some users might experience that we are not able to control their battery as optimally as possible. This is due to communication problems with the Huawei platform.

We are investigating this issue. As soon as we have more information, we will post an update. In the meantime, if you are experiencing problems, you can choose to switch to basic mode and let the Huawei software control your battery.

Investigating - Some users may experience getting randomly logged out of the app. This seems to be caused by the price-widget that you can have visible on your iOS homescreen.

The issue has been identified. As a temporary solution, you can remove the widget from your phone until the issue is fixed.

If you have an integrated charger, we recommend adding a Tibber Dummy car to enable smart charging.
If you do not have an integrated charger, we suggest scheduling charging during the cheap hours using either the Kia app or your charger, if possible.

Investigating - We are experiencing some issues collecting and acting on all observations from Easee.
If we miss the connection observation when a car is connected, it may prevent smart charging, load balancing and Peak Control from working.

It can also trigger false notifications about Tibber not being able to start or stop charging on Easee-chargers, even if we have been able to control charging due to delayed observations.

Smart Charging, Load Balancing, and Peak Control for ongoing sessions will continue to run even if the app doesn’t load. If you plug in your car during maintenance, a Smart Charging plan may not be created, causing direct charging. If this happens, pause charging, turn Smart Charging off, then on again after the maintenance.
