Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to answer inquiries, manage direct bookings, and host your stay. That may include your name, email address, phone number, trip dates, guest count, selected home, booking notes, and messages you send us.

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to requests, confirm availability, process reservations, send stay details, provide guest support, prevent misuse, and keep a record of booking and support conversations.

Email List

If you join the guest list, we use your email to send occasional StayIkigai updates such as seasonal openings, returning-guest rates, and property notes. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Text Messaging

If you separately opt in, we use your mobile number to send recurring transactional messages about your booking and stay. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, booking operations, analytics, and security. They are used to operate StayIkigai and are not permitted to sell your information for their own advertising.
