The only thing this game is missing is Barney the Dinosaur.

I never, ever played anything beyond Red Alert 1, Tiberian Sun and the Dune versions... Dune Emperor was the last game I played. This one is just some seriously campy horses#&t. I know it's self-aware... I respect the actors and the acting... but I mean the cast and the way the T&A is so focused on just makes this game look like a low budget porn. Meathead MMA guys in clothing that looks like it was designed as a small child's Halloween costume... doesn't even fit him well... his little beret sliding off his giant bucket head...

I also, never buy EA games, and I don't think I've bought one for over 20 years now. I actually boycott companies. I love Jenny McCarthy as a person... but they really needed to dye her hair dark for this. Changing Tanya into a 1950's pinup is ridiculous. This version belongs painted nude on the side of a B24.

I'm a big fan of the very original, because of its more serious tone. The slide further into campy garbage-world is like just depressing to me... the colors are an assault on my eyeballs and dignity and testosterone...

I saw a party clown try to play this game and he had an epileptic seizure and puked.

Apparently not... but it's how I feel.

You see a weather phenomena or a strange silhouette in the woods or a new species on a Pacific island and your brain seizes up and you don't know what to say or do. It's just literal awe, but in the bad way.

I played the 1st Soviet mission. I'm a fan of the female commando trope, even though they're all over saturated in this game and basically just there to relieve 13 year old boys... I like the Soviet chick, she's my favorite, but the play and the character and the visuals are just boring... BORING... everything.

There are a ton of scum strategies or disposable strategies that came out around this time... 'blob and conquer' games... this being one... (games for junior strategists that whine about any level of difficulty or complexity in a game) and this is definitively one of them; if you like anything that makes neurons fire at all and your eye wince in strain this isn't for you; this is a strategy game for small children. Special children.

I'm literally a koala with a smooth brain and this game was even beneath my intelligence level.

After attempting this for 5 minutes I had thoughts of throwing myself out of my tree.

I might sue.
