Basically, any tips for long survival runs? I managed to increase all of 4 fractions' influence, but damn gangsters is so rare and random that I can't help them rule the city! And it seems close to impossible. If I'm rushing for fraciton's buildings — I lose, if I build up carefully and completing every Tetris figure — I lose.
