In most cases, the messages are being flagged as spam and aren't reaching us properly. We do our best to search for messages from everyone, but finding inquiry emails buried in huge volumes of spam is very difficult.

For minor questions, posting on the community discussions is the most reliable way to reach us. When sharing log files, please send them by email rather than posting them publicly on the discussions, as the logs contain information about your PC environment.

However, that means the Sill Cat app can't be updated, so please quit Sill Cat once in a while.
