Hi, My name is Kenuty, and I am a hardcore game hobbyist. I have over 11 thousand games total digital and physical combined yes that is hard copies+ console games. My steam collection is in progress and ongoing work but I enjoy collecting on multiple platforms too (Just not epicgames fck you Tim )

My opinion is usually unbiased towards games or sometimes indifferent. I believe all games can become something great and can be improved on. I love games and my Dao is video games.

I have over 11 thousand games digital and physical in collection to date. You name it I've played it if you need to know ask but please, I don't have time for BS.

At first glance, you might wonder how a “walking simulator” like this could be improved but this game proves there’s plenty of room to evolve the formula. It takes everything from the original concept and expands on it in meaningful ways. You’re no longer just traversing terrain you’re dealing with bandits, human enemies, massive supernatural BTs, and even cyborgs that feel straight out of Metal Gear.

The world feels more alive and unpredictable than ever. Dynamic events like sandstorms, wildfires, earthquakes, and flooding rivers constantly change how you approach each journey. On top of that, the environments and structures feel more detailed, and the gameplay itself has been deepened in satisfying ways. This is exactly the kind of innovation you’d expect from Hideo Kojima.

One of the standout elements is the music. The game uses its soundtrack brilliantly, dropping in at just the right moments to elevate the experience emotionally and make key scenes unforgettable.

On a technical level, the PC version is excellent. It runs smoothly and supports both mouse and keyboard and a PS5 controller with haptic feedback, all of which feel great to use.

I also really appreciate how the game handles its story. It does a solid job of bringing new players up to speed on the previous game’s lore, making it easier to jump in. That said, the ending might still feel a bit confusing if you haven’t played the first one but overall, it’s a fantastic experience.

Play this on the hardest difficulty that the game offers To the wilder, it's hard but not impossible, you do not truly game over and if I can do it so can you, remember it's not the destination where you end up, but the mishaps, memories, and connection with the people you make along the way.

This is easily my Game of the Year on PC.
