Futa Runner feels notably tamer compared their previous titles, particularly concerning the gore, which is largely confined to the initial chapter. However, there are still a few cons that might bother you.

- No Gallery
- Not enough Futa H-Scenes
- Scat

The chromatic aberration effect in this game is overwhelmingly excessive making the gameplay and H-scenes look fuzzy, but also causing eye strain and discomfort. Additionally, the content is highly disturbing and disgustingly graphic. Not joking, I don't recommend it for squeamish people.
