Shower 2.5 hours till my skin’s raw (switching to cold halfway when hot water runs out after 1h) cuz “clean” is a group hallucination. The world is filthy and I’m supposed to ignore it. Sleep is the only break. OCD is chronic; therapy and SSRIs did nada. Sprinkle in dyspraxia (I trip over air), social anxiety and ADD. Not trying to change either because that would mean accepting being dirty, and I’d rather live like this than be dirty. I’m happier this way. Just transfer me into a T-800 so I can at least be dysfunctional in metal and eradicate all living organisms. How many have psychiatrists cured?
