Adjust Apple TV app privacy settings
You can choose whether to use your play history for personalized recommendations, or clear your play history from the Apple TV app.
Go to the Apple TV app
on your smart TV, streaming device, or gaming console.
Open the sidebar, then select Settings.
Do any of the following:
Clear your search history: Select Clear Search History.
Use your play history for personalized recommendations and your Watchlist: Turn on Use Play History.
Remove information about what you’ve watched (which is synced with the Apple TV app on other devices): Select Clear Play History. This also removes TV shows and movies from your Continue Watching and Watchlist rows.
Show or hide live sports scores: Turn Show Sports Scores on or off.
Use your local location to determine what’s available: Turn on Location.
Send app analytics data to Apple to improve its products and services: Turn on Share Apple TV App Analytics.
