Mark a reminder as completed on iCloud.com
Every reminder list includes a section for completed reminders. When you mark a reminder as completed, it appears in the completed section the next time you open the list.
Mark a reminder as completed
- Go to icloud.com/reminders, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary). 
- Select the list that contains the reminder, then select the circle to the left of the reminder. - If you’re using updated reminders, note the following: - If you mark a reminder with subtasks as completed, the subtasks are also marked as completed. 
- If you mark a subtask as completed, the completed subtask appears below the active subtasks the next time you open the list and have completed tasks showing. 
 
Mark a reminder as not completed
- Go to icloud.com/reminders, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary). 
- Select the list that contains the reminder. - If you don’t see the reminder you want to mark as not completed, see View completed reminders. 
- Select the circle to the left of the completed reminder. - If you’re using updated reminders, note the following: - If you mark a reminder with subtasks as not completed, all the subtasks are also marked as not completed. 
- If a reminder is marked as completed and you mark a subtask as not completed, you need to view completed reminders to see the subtask. 
 
View completed reminders
- Go to icloud.com/reminders, then sign in to your Apple Account (if necessary). 
- Do one of the following: - If you’re using updated reminders, select the list that contains the completed reminder. Select - to the right of the list name, then choose Show Completed. - Completed reminders appear below active reminders. 
- If you’re not using updated reminders, select the list that contains the completed reminder. Select [number] Completed above the reminder list to see the completed reminders.
