On the Flexible plan, you get unlimited calls and texts between the US, Canada and Mexico with affordable calls and texts to other destinations.
You use data for Rich Communication Services (RCS) messages.

• Rate: $10 per GB for all data used until you reach your Bill Protection data level. All data is at no charge for the rest of the cycle after you reach your data level.
• Speed: After 15 GB of use per member, data speed slows to 256 kbps. Learn how to get full data speeds.
• Hotspot: You can use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot at no extra charge. Data used for hotspot tethering charges at the same $10 per GB rate and counts towards your monthly data usage.

If you use lots of data, the Unlimited Standard plan is our most affordable plan. If you only travel frequently in the US, Canada, and Mexico, we suggest the Unlimited Standard plan. This is also recommended if you don't often use your phone as a hotspot for your other devices.
