Understand and fix issues with orders from the Google Store that are late.
Why are orders late
- Problems with your payment
- Incorrect shipping address or missing information
- Bad weather
- Not enough items in the store
- Delivery carrier delays
If you paid extra for fast shipping and your order is late, you’ll get a refund for the part of the shipping that was late. If you ordered more than one thing, the shipping cost is split between the items.
Find your new delivery date
- Go to the list of orders you made on the Google Store.
- Look for your new delivery date.
Track your late order
If you can track your order, you can find where it is.
- Go to the email about your order or on your Google Store order history.
- Click the link from the delivery company.
Cancel your late order
- Go to your Google Store order history.
- Find the order you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel order.
- If you don’t see the “Cancel order” button, it’s too late to cancel.
