malnutrition kid....

Attention please....i am not talking about those African preschool children now...i am talking about myself...as a first year student of Bachellor of Science who intend to major in food science next year, and taking a stupid subject called Food for a Healthy Planet this sem, of course i understand what malnutrition means....aha, let you see what i've been eating this whole week~

last saurday, 22/3
brunch : bread + peanut butter
dinner : er gu da bao from xiao gu's house, but too much rice, fer and i couldn't finish, 4 dishes~

sunday, 23/3
brunch : dim sum(written on my previous blog~)
dinner : pasta(at xiao gu's place~)

monday, 24/3
brunch : bread + peanut butter
dinner : again er gu da bao from xiao gu's place, but no rice, fer and i heat up the rice left on saturday, but the rice wasn't quite enough.....3 dishes

tuesday, 25/3
brunch : bread + tuna(luckily fer opened tuna for me, if not, peanut butter again...T.T)
dinner : fer and i first time cooked dinner ourselves~2 dishes - broccoli+carrot and tofu+tuna(the small pieces of tuna were my only meat source....~)

wednesday, 26/3
brunch : bread + peanut butter + cereal(omg, cereal+soy milk tastes awful.........)
dinner : heat up rice and dishes left on tuesday by microwave + a cup of chamomile

thursday, 27/3
brunch : bread + ham~^^ er gu ran out of bread, 3 slices left, i had 2 and fer had 1, + rice cracker~yummy~
dinner : fer and i first time fried rice by ourselves~we added many many peas, carrot and corn(as all of you might know, i hate this 3 things in fried rice....but no choice~), and chinese sausage
supper : cinnamon donut~(oh~i fell in love with cinnamon donut~12 donuts 1 dollar~so cheap~)

friday, 28/3
brunch : heat up fried rice left on thursday by microwave + a cup of chamomile
dinner : turkish roll + ham + tomato~(tasty~but couldn't fill my stomach) + cinnamon donut + sesame bun

saturday, 29/3
brunch : indomee + cinnamon donut
dinner : at first we thought we have to eat turkish roll again....but er gu called, and told us she would da bao for us~yey~finally had a sumptuous dinner~appreciate a lot!!~ + a cup of chamomile

aww....cereal + soy milk really tastes awful; but cinnamon donuts are delicious~i love it~but according to fer, they'd only sell so cheap(12 for 1 dollar) because they're happy....oh god, bless them be happy everyday please~ and chamomile is lipton herb tea, no caffeine, and i love it maybe because weather is turning cold and i need some hot tea to warm myself as my triglycerides under my skin, which act as heat insulator are too thin....muahahahaha~

No, don't misunderstand....i'm not complaining about my meals here, just let me mumble, murmur, mutter(lol~J.K Rowling always used these few words on Ron~) for a while....you know...malnutrition would lead to nutrient deficiency, and hence reduce my resistance against diseases, or insufficient nutrient would also causes deficiency diseases.....
Enough enough....papa mama and jie and everyone, i live very well here~don't worry~er gu didn't maltreat me~she's got many food~just not ngam my appetite...but i still can swallow them anyway...~fer said she's gonna take me to city to have a better lunch on monday~yey~^^

Armageddon

ohh~just finished the movie....although i've watched for n times, it still touches my heart.....great story, great actors and actress, great illustration.......
bruce willis is the man......and earned my tears.....i was crying like dunno what for 2 times..... first time was when he was having the last conversation with her daugther, and the second time was when he sacrifices himself and bomb the asteroid....oh man, that's what love is~
and another man, called truman in the movie, he is really cool~he is NASA administrator~he is just calm, smart, and he trusts bruce willis's choices, while others think that it's going to be the world end if they trusts the men bruce willis chosen, and lol~he dares to scold the president and his so-called advisors when they've decided a stupid plan~and no why, but i just like him.....
i've only watched one of ben affleck movies before, good will hunting, a compulsory movie i had to watch in mufy....no special impression about him~and liv tyler, now only i know that in the lord of the ring(which i recently rewatched the first episode, and fell in love with handsome legolas, orlando bloom again~) she was aragorn's lover, the leng lui elf~how come that guy in aerosmith could born such a pretty daugther huh....?
anyway, the movie makes me laugh more than cry~their conversations sometimes are really 38 and funny~teasing usa nasa and technology...hahahaha~

oh by the way, it's earth hour on 29th of march, which is this saturday, 8pm~what you need to do is just switch off your light for one hour from 8 pm that day....pretty simple huh?so do participate this meaningful campaigne....every individual has the responsibility to do something for our earth right? global warming is getting serious and something has to be done to raise the awareness of human.....not only switch off the light for 1 hour on 29th of march, but remember to turn off appliances when you are not using it~simple things you can do can help to reduce the emmision.....even F1 is having a campaigne to make cars green~^^
we don't wish to see our lovely earth end with armagaddon, neither do we wish to see our earth end with the impact of global warming, so let's do something, as simple as turn off the light~^^

easter + hail the iceman~

i was being informed that we would have a easter party in xiao gu's place long time ago.....before i came to australia i think....and then, last saturday, fer told me that xiao gu wasn't feeling well and the party had been canceled...晴天霹雳啊....but we were going to yam cha on sunday...ok, well, at least we could have a better meal~

sunday afternoon, uncle lou come and fetched fer,ed and i to a restaurant nearby xiao gu's house~i was too enjoy my dim sum, and forgot to take photo.....pai seh la~i love the egg tart!!!!!^^ but ho, i think the dim sum in the city tastes better~finally met gong gong popo jiu gong jiu po there~after that, we went to uncle lou's place, and i received easter egg from jonathan~~he made the basket himself~of course with xiao gu's help.......
hohoho, and then we watched harry potter and the philosopher stone there~harry, ron, and hermione were soooo cute!!!!!!malfoy also cute....i wonder why harry became so yong soi now......

jie, i don't know why, but jonathan asked you to see this picture and give some comment........=.=

since i was in xiao gu's house, i missed m'sia gp......T.T but er gu told me there's a delay one on 11pm~yeah~when i came back, it was about 8pm, the race was over, i only sempat to watch press conference.....oh yes!!!! kimi finally won m'sia gp after 5 years!!! 5 years ago, he won his maiden F1 race here, and received trophy from mahathir......and sunday, he won m'sia gp again and received trophy from abdullah badawi~^^

in the post race press conference, kimi was talking something about champagne and grinning. after watching the delay, i only knew what he was talking about......kubica splashed champagne in his eyes on podium, and when the mc asked him about that, he said "Yeah, we should put the champagne in the mouth not in the eye. Things go wrong sometimes. Anyway, it has been a perfect weekend." hahahaha, he isn't ice cool sometimes~oh ya, one of his fans from london said the moment kimi crossed the line, it began snowing in london!!!!!!lol~kimi's ice age has begun!!!!~

the race wasn't as interesting as melbourne......there were some crashing at the beginning and pitlane incident, as in lewis's front right tyre cost him crucial 18 seconds, and massa spinning off with 26 laps remaining, causing ferrari lost 1-2 position.....but who cares~

last year ferrari was strong in melbourne and mclaren was strong in sepang, but this year situation is totally different.....this is F1......

lol~jean todt was there the whole weekend~i thought he wouldn't appear.....and stefano domenicali really looks like a nice guy....after melbourne gp with both their drivers retired, he didn't blame anyone and remained positive. and then, he didn't criticise massa's mistake in m'sia gp, which cost ferrari hard earn 8 points.....and then, on the podium, when kimi's eye was splashed by champagne, he helped kimi to wipe off.....ohh...what a cool team boss....at least, in my opinion, better than ron dennis and much more better than stupid flavio......

yummy sushi + spidey invasion !!!!

hohoho, i've been having sushi for dinner since sunday!!!!(except monday la....~) after watching aus gp on sunday, fer and i started to prepare ingredients....well, i admit, er gu done most of the jobs like cooking sushi rice, cutting cucumber,carrot and salary(whatever, i don't know how to spell it....).....oh yeah!er gu bought a packet of smoked salmon~~gembiranya~since it's my first time to make sushi, my job is easier.....just put a thin layer of rice on the seaweed~and then, fer just put those cucumber, carrot,avacado or salary together with tuna or smoked salmon and roll it with something looks like 竹帘~that's it~easy leh~~i tried aus sushi once in melbourne central.....fer and i were starving and we had plenty of time for the next train, so she brought me to a stall called yoyogi, and bought a smoked salmon roll~ohh~they put smoked salmon like no need money.....each roll cost 2 dollar~papa mama, it was only my second time to spend money oh~~

all right...back to topic~sushi made on sunday was finished within half an hour~(of course we keep some for ed~fer and i had 4 rolls each for our dinner, and we was already full....but ho, i brought 7 rolls to ed, and he called fer and asked why there's ONLY 7 rolls.....=.=)

hmm....i think peter parker must be too interested about me.....just a fortnight time, he has sent 2 spiders to my room.....oh spidey.....and in my opinion, the two spiders were his 猛将, because they were really big!!!!but none of them has left a note with "courtesy of your friendly neighbourhood, spiderman~", so no face to give, the first one was killed by er gu using a spray, and the second one, which visited my room last night, was being caught in a plastic bag by ME!!!!and i dunno how is him now....maybe he has escaped, maybe he was dead? anyway, i'm really proud of myself.....fer only knows how to flee.....~~after some hard time playing hide and seek with the spider, finally i caught it with a plastic bag~how valiant.....

ferrari have to solved their reliability problems!!!!kimi needs a reliable car!!!!!but kimi said in his column that "Now all we have to do is to get much more points. At least we'll try our best. How good or bad it has been, this team has never loose its' focus and commitment. what a race.......
first race in 2008, first race for new engine without traction control.......dramatic is the only word i can use....(told you my vocab not good lo....~)

a brilliant start from 15th to 8th.....who can do that????--the lord kimi raikkonen!!!!!^^ i was feeling positive to see F2008 being so strong......and then kimi was blocked by barichello for few laps....he looked calm at the back though....keeping the distance at about 0.4 second....and finally, he passed barichello. few laps later, he was 3rd!!!although he hadn't pit.....but podium seemed just ahead of him~ what a brilliant drive!!!!!!15th to 3rd!!!! who else can do that??? but then he was halted by heikki's full tank fuel for few laps....and kimi just couldn't passed him....~2 flying finn~ and here comes the first mistake....after the race restart, he was too determined to overtake heikki, and lost control at the corner, and end up in the gravel in turn 3.....his hard work all gone.....and he was 11th after getting back to track unscathed(there was only 11th drivers left on the track~lol~) and followed by the second mistake......at the same spot....T.T

and then, with few laps remaining, kimi was ahead of heikki and alonso.....and suddenly....he was overtaken by both heikki and alonso.....james alan and martin brundle said kimi's engine sound wasn't too fresh....(glad to listen to their commentary~much more better than the 2 astro stupid fellow....) and with 3 laps remaining....his car again stopped at the entrance of the pitlane.....apa tu...? does aldo costa know how to build a car????he is the person i just found so that there's someone for me to scold~he is the technical director of ferrari~ i thought reliability should be one of the main issues since massa's few dnf last season? hasn't they aware that reliability costs them a lot?? they did promise to improve the reliability....but what now???stefano domenicali still saying words like "we have the potential but we need to exploit it..." apa tu?? mana tu??

upset upset.....

sky aa.....why are you so cruel to kimi, to me and to all the iceman's fans??????ferrari has been so strong and competitive since winter testing.......but why? this morning practice session, kimi only managed to get 14th while massa went a bit faster for the 11th......omg....i was so surprise and confused what happened to ferrari....i'm not caring ferrari but i am only concerning kimi.....
and then in the first qualy, both ferrari was so brave and came out at the last 5 mins......i thought they've solved their problems and that's why allowed their drivers to have only 2 flying laps.....but....when massa lapped his ferrari 0.4 sec slower than mclaren, i knew ferrrari really not dim.....after that, kimi only got 5th for first qualy....haih....and then.....and then....when he drove back to pit stop........his car went slower and slower......and eventually stopped at the entrance the pit lane.....sky aa.........why aa?????T.T i thought he had a gearbox problem because he looked like couldn't switch gear....but commentator said it's fuel pressure problem.....omg....heartbroken......but chris looked so calm and talked to kimi on the team radio....and some ferrari crews pushed his car back to his garage. then, kimi climbed out from the car...which indicates that,certified, he couldn't go for 2nd qualy....sky aa....and a race control message poped up and announced that : car 1 is not permitted to continue in the qualifying. that's it. kimi's first gp of 2008 will be starting at the back of the grid, spending his time to pass cars that used to be backmarker........(included alonso~~~who only qualified 12th~lol~heart chill~)
vettel was a black horse(although he didn't make time in last qualy, according to commentator, it was to save fuel as they knew he couldn't get any faster than 10th~~lol~za dao......). and great one, kubica~if he hadn't went off a bit, he would have be the pole winner.....go kubica~go for your first win!!!!(but in my opinion his fuel load must be very low~~) no reason, i just feel like cannot let lewis to win aus gp..........~!!^^

KiNo~~~~(Kimi and NoNe~)

i am very sad yet i am very happy~long story to tell...........~wednesday, ed told me there's a ferrari exhibition in lygon street,starts on thursday. since i have no class on thursday, and i didn't want spent 3 hours on the tram merely to see the exhibition on the first day, i decided to go on friday,which is today. and then......yesterday evening, when fer came back, she told me there's kimi's news on the MX newspaper. MX is a free evening newspaper you can get in melbourne central. and when i read the news, i almost fainted and banged my head to the wall......kimi attended a ferrari's official press conference just at the exhibition place in thursday morning!!!!!!!!! @#%*&# and he was giving autograph!!!!!!!!omg....T.T hence, i 化悲愤为食量，and had a huge aus tosei(i named it myself~it's name is pita bread~but really looks like tosei or roti capati that kind of thing~) and plenty of roasted(or grilled huh?) chicken for my dinner~

today after class, i met ed in his office and we went there together. ed told me lygon street is sort of 唐人街for italians. that's why there are many italians there and is ferrari's melbourne heartland~i could really feel the atmosphere when i stepped in the street, as there are many italy and ferrari flags~first, ed led me to a merchandise shop....selling many ferrari's stuff and some other team's stuff.....i saw kimi-mclaren t shirt,3 for 30 dollar oo....but the size didn't suit me....and kimi's ferrari cap-AUD 50, kimi's F2007 model-AUD60....i was already HIGHing there.....taking few photos...

and then as we were walking in, a guy asked ed to take a photo for him........and he then took out a ferrari's cap, with both kimi's and massa's signature!!!!!!!T.T i was struggling that should i steal or rob his cap? it's UNFAIR!!!!!!!!!

and then when we walked in.....hehehehe, i saw a kimi's cardboard, about same height as me~hohohoho~i was so HIGH~i strode to the cardboard and asked ed to take a photo for me and kimi~and then i start using my hp 自拍~muahahaha~i stood there for quite some time....and then a guai mui and a guai lou approached me and asked me if i want them to take photo for me~and i was so brave and agreed.....she said she would send me the photo via email, and i gave her my email address......ohohoh~
wakakaka~~don't you think i have excellent technique?kimi's like grinning towards the camera~and i was like leaning against him~muahaha~ed was so pai seh and go far far~~lol~and then i also took photo on the podium~

Mumba event and dockland's trip~

Actually i have many things to report.......but i've been busying these few days....what am i busying for?i have no idea........~but, travel 3 hours a day is really exhausting.........jie, how could you stand for 4 years????(papa and mama, know what am i implying ho?~^^)

All right, back to the title~

There was a Mumba event on sunday(actually it held for 3 days~) and er gu brought her friend's son(leslie), ed, fer and i to watch a funny program at Yarra river bank~ the show is really funny and silly..........participants just dressed up like whatever they think can make them fly,eg UFO, aeroplane, bird, bee......... and then tried as hard as they could to jump into the river from a platform....the one who jumped(or flied could be more accurate~) the furthest is the winner......sounds stupid ho? but we had fun~because those participants were really funny.......my view was blocked by a stupid brunch, so i couldn't take clear photos and videos.....pai seh la~~

After the show, we walked through A FEW STREETS to have our lunch in 龙舫皇宫酒楼~we were starving, as we only had light breakfast.....while we were walking there, i told fer that my BB disappear......papa mama don't worry, your daugther me haven't got a BB yet~recently i've been calling my tummy as BB....because it really looks like there is a BB inside........perhaps it's twins....T.T hohoho, the dim sum are really delicious~~~i love 虾饺and带子饺 the most!!!!!!oh for your information, 带子is scallop~wonder when there is a scallop饺.....anyway, both prawn and scallop are very fresh~~~~yummy~~^^apparantly, my BB reappear after the heavy meal~~after that, i shared this mango pudding with fer as our dessert~

After that, er gu drove us to dockland bay(actually i don't know what's the name of the bay, but since it's in dockland, i would just assume it is dockland bay~). dockland is where er gu used to work at~the scenery is pretty~~ and there's always some light breeze~

Aussies are really weird.....they just put their head into the aquarium-like stuff, which is filled with green liquid, walking around and posed to let us take photos.....

Before sending ed back, we visited a cathedral nearby his place. whoa......it's humongous, enourmous, tremendous,and the full view of the building can't even fit to my hp's camera..... and the inside is splendid, magnificent, wondrous~pai seh la, my vocab not good....i can only think of these few words~

Before heading home, er gu sent her friend's son, leslie back to monash in clayton....it's so far....luckily i didn't choose clayton~but monash campus is super big!!!!!compared to melb uni.....walao.....

muahahaha, i am just too free today.......and don't know why i couldn't access to kimi's official website...after rearranging all his photos for year 2007, something suddenly came to my mind.......
specially thanks to jie, i found a tape(tape oo!!!!! video tape oo!!!!!! i've been a long time never see how a video tape looks like......) in her drawer~~the tape's title was "SUZUKA 2005"~~~omg~~~~~~!!!!! i think only jie could understand what am i HIGHING~~~hehe, back to 2 years ago......it was october, and once again, kimi failed to clinched the world title due to stupid adrian newey invented stupid but powerful mp4-20......and then....in the japanese gp (which held in suzuka), kimi was only qualified 17th due to a heavy rain during qualifying, but he then managed to passed everybody included fisico who was leading the race, and yes! another win for the great Raikkonen!!!!!!! kimi is god~~~~ i wanted to watch the race again, and only then i realized that there's no video tape player in er gu's living room!!!!T.T kesiannya.......
since i was sooooo boring, i used my hp and took a video introducing my bedroom~here you go~
