Sorry for the delayed best wishes, but as usual at this time of year, life is just super busy with family, visits, work etc (the usual stuff). Fortunately I have managed to do a little hobby over the last month or so, working 10 mins here and there on a venom for La Danse Macabre.......

Apologies for the delay in posting up the link for this. I have had a lot on this weekend, with my lad being ill and now my wife down with the flu (it never rains but it pours as they say). Greetings! After a thoroughly enjoyable journey I have managed to complete my fourth Dark Eldar Talos for the Corpsethief Claw formation. You may have seen my WIP updates as I progressed through the paint job on this chappie (which hopefully was interesting for ya all), and after a glorious Saturday where I managed to get both varnish coats done and finish the basing, I can now call him complete!

Squadary - Dark Eldar Scourge

Rory over at stepping between games is running a painting challenge through Feb to get a unit of your choice built and fully painted by the end of the month. Well I have decided to join in and paint a unit of Scourge that I converted yonks ago.

Talos Wip Stage 3 - ooh er! That's a fine leg you are showing!!

Been working on the lower half of the Talos over the last few days. Not my usual way as I tend to work by colour rather than section, working through each colour stage until I am done. I did not go this way on this chappie though, as some features are quite large and I did not want to get fed up painting areas of the same thing over and over (I am doing this for enjoyment after all :) )

A break in the weather allowed me to apply the final varnishing for the fool crew member, and after that I got onto mounting them both to the chassis of the venom which was relatively pain free.
