Another layout for Want2Scrap to share today, and this one features the color of the month- green! My son’s nickname is Boo, hence the cheesy but irresistible title for this layout:

One last layout for February from Want2Scrap! The papers are from Echo Park (much love!)
This a photo from our visit to the Champaign, IL library last summer. I love it! I used Manila Tags, Chipboard Fancy Frames, and a strip of pearls from the Want2Scrap™ store. You can check all their amazing stuff out HERE.

I got to scrap with my girls on Friday! I have missed them. Once a month isn’t enough, especially when we miss a month. Anyway, I have been cleaning out my scrap area and I found some older paper I really wanted to use, so I combined it with my collection of Want2Scrap chipboard. Here’s what I created:
I painted the kraft cardstock white under the green vellum, to highlight the area where I placed my grouping. Then I layered on the goodies. I left the chipboard raw, because I just adored how well it matched my cardstock and brought the whole thing together. These chipboard words are amazing!
Thanks for peeking!

Milena received a pottery wheel for Christmas, and here’s a layout I made about it using Want2Scrap goodies.

This layout came together quickly. I am determined to use everyday photos on my pages, too, not jus the perfect ones or the best moments. These photos are from school time, when the kiddos were in full “pout-and-whine” mode about their homework. Thankfully, we don’t have those days often, but they certainly do come!
My favorite part of this layout is the chipboard keyhole on top of a star. It’s a delightfully unexpected pairing that simply works! I used lots of Want2Scrap™ goodies on this page, both new and older. Here are the links for your shopping needs:

New post at Want2Scrap today! Check it out HERE.
We’ve been busy lately, preparing to move… so I apologize for the dust around here! Hopefully, I’ll be better about updating in the coming weeks.
Thanks for hanging with me,

Time for my favorite layouts of 2012! I struggled with Mojo for much of the year, it seems, but managed to still create quite a few things I live. Here are some of my favorites, in no particular order:
I notice a few trends here. First, I really love single-photo layouts, but in most cases I use a fairly large photo (4x6 or greater). Second, I used Mit/Paint/Ink on each of these. Third, I like bright, bold colors. Fourth, my fussy cutting habit is alive and well! It’s interested to look at a collection of your work and see what defines it, isn’t it?
Thanks so much to all of the companies and design teams that sent my products and creatively supported me this year: Want2Scrap, Little Black Dress Kits, Pretty Little Studio, and The Curtsey Boutique. I’m looking forward to what 2013 will bring!

My kids loved being at the local library recently for an introduction to Faith, a therapy dog that works in our local hospitals and nursing homes. I snapped this pic during the presentation.
The chipboard word and bird are from the most recent Want2Scrap release, and you can check them out HERE.

It’s been really busy here, and I haven’t had much creating time. But I did manage to eek out a few layouts for Want2Scrap and Little Black Dress, so I’ll try to get this blog rolling this week.
Here’s a layout I had up a few days ago at Want2Scrap, and uses some My Little Shoebox products that were sent in my recent DT Box. Fun stuff!
See more of this fun project and the supplies used RIGHT HERE. Thanks for taking a peek!

My daughter loves having her face painted! This particular flower didn’t last long, though. She smeared it just after I took this photo. Oh, well, there will be more flowers.
To give the Want2Scrap™ letters the watercolored look, I coated them first with gesso, then acrylic paint. Once they were dry, I dripped some Shimmerz Spritz on them and blew it around with my heat gun until it dried. Lovely!

I have some very special friends who are big sports fans. The cheer loudly, go to the games, and wear the apparel. When their little girl was born last year, one of the first things they dressed her in was a sports-themed outfit. Do their teams always win? Of course not! Husband and wife aren’t always cheering for the same side either. But regardless, the family times in the stadiums and bleachers make for some pretty great memories!
I used a load of BasicGrey and Want2Scrap on this layout. Chipboard adds wonderful dimension and diversity!

Hi everyone! Just popping in on this gorgeous Indian Summer day in Indiana to share another page using some Want2Scrap™ supplies. This page features my adorable nephew and some colorful BasicGrey PB&J.
How cute is that face? I used Ranger Distress Inks on the Want2Scrap™ Chipboard, and threw in a few embellishments from the older-ish BasicGrey Collection Wander (Still one of my faves).
Thanks for stopping by!
