Butch Mudbone - 2007 - End Of The Trail [320]

Long time artist Butch Mudbone, formerly on the Midnight Special in the 70s, has completed 8 or 9 cds to date. The End of the Trail is the latest. He has performed in festivals and concerts all over the US, Canada, and Europe. Known as a Delta-style blues guitarist, this latest venture has debuted his talents on the piano and organ as well. His recent recording, "End Of The Trail", like his previous releases, contains some prolific writing and a varied sense of musical composition, mostly based in the Blues, but becoming more complex thru the years. This artist has never been given the recognition he deserves, but you have to acknowledge his dogged perseverence and dedication to his art.
