Tidying up & going out

Então não é que tivemos um fim-de-semana solarengo aqui na ilha Esmeralda? É verdade...e quando eu não estive a trabalhar, a visitar amigos e a sonhar com a praia que vou visitar no próximo fim-de-semana, houve tempo para algumas arrumações (estamos a reorganizar algumas coisas cá em casa para acolher o rebento daqui a alguns meses) e sobremesas "de fazer água na boca" (numa quinta de frutos "vermelhos" não muito longe daqui)...e o vosso fim-de-semana, como foi?

So, we actually had a sunny weekend here on the Emerald island. It's true...and when I wasn't working, visiting friends and dreaming with the beach I'm going to next weekend, there was time for some tidying up (we're re-organising some things in our house to welcome our baby in a few months) and wonderful desserts (in a red berries farm not too far from here)...how was your weekend?

Ontem foi o dia especial da Nicola e do Michael...

Yesterday was Nicola's & Michael's special day...

...onde eu pude usar a minha clutch favorita (do blog saídos da concha), passar algum tempo com amigos e comer um bolo fabuloso feito pela mãe do noivo (não muito, porque ultimamente sinto-me cheia em 2 segundos ;))...

...where I got to use my favourite clutch (from the blog saídos da concha), spend some time with great friends & eat a fabulous cake made by the grooms' mother (not too much because lately I feel full in just 2 seconds ;))...

...foi um dia fantástico! Parabéns Nicola e Michael!

Tudo começou com uma grande festa de aniversário (a razão principal da nossa visita)...

passámos momentos maravilhosos em família e conhecemos o membro mais novo (ela é tão gira)

we spent wonderful moments with our family & we met the youngest member (she's so cute!)



visitámos e revisitámos sítios encantadores na melhor companhia (adoramos reguilas lourinhos!)

we visited & re-visited enchanting places in fantastic company (including little "non-stopping" blonde boys that we love :))

gozámos um pouco de História, cultura e comida fantástica...

enjoyed a bit of history, culture and great food...
