Earth Day 2012
It's Earth Day 2012 and in honor of our beautiful Mother Earth, I created this little momento. Over the years I've traveled and photographed many places. A small sampling would sound something like this . . . the beautiful coastline of Big Sur along Pacific Coast Highway in California, Ruby Beach with its sea stacks and piles of driftwood near Olympic National Park in Washington, Pictured Rocks National Seashore on Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the Boat Basin on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, Jordan Pond on Mt. Desert Island, Maine, Craggy Gardens high up in the mountains along the Blue Ridge Parkway in eastern North Carolina, and least I forget, Cade's Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. My personal list of adventures traveling our beautiful Mother Earth goes on and on. All my life I have been cursed, or should I say blessed, with wanderlust. From as young as I can remember, I recall dreaming about traveling. And to this day I still dream of traveling . . . our Mother Earth. Thanks gal, you've been great to me. ENJOY!
