The Blackwaterification of Public Education

Billionaire Betsy DeVos, an ardent enemy of public education, was named by illegitimate President-Elect Trump as Education Secretary.

DeVos is part of the Amway Family in Michigan which has been screwing people over with get-rich-quick Ponzi schemes for decades.

Erik Prince the founder of the Blackwater Mercenary Company, is her brother.

Clearly, we are looking at the Blackwaterification of Public Education in the United States similar to how Erik Prince managed to sell expensive mercenaries (independent contractors) to the Department of Defense and US Military under the Junta of George W(orst President Ever) Bush and Dickless Cheney.

In the same way Prince managed to slice out Billions of dollars allocated towards the DoD, billions in US Taxpayer dollars allocated for education are going to be given to DeVos Style Companies to create private schools (indoctrination camps) which select out of teaching poor, minority, mental disabled children and hire non-tenured, financially vulnerable, unprotected mercenary teachers, who know they will have to advance the David Barton lie filled right-wing version of US History, so more Americans can be duped by conservative propaganda, in order to keep their slightly-better than starvation wages jobs. Meanwhile, Public Schools will be kept around to shove all poor and undesirable students into, while receiving less and less funding every year.

The goal is the destruction of the Democratic Republic and the creation of a Neo-Feudal Wage Slave State in which most Americans are serfs with little to offer than their labor which powerful families weigh against the labor of a poor worker in Bangladesh or the Philippines or Central America.

The Blackwaterification of every facet of the federal Government, i.e. The elimination of the social safety net for a new government aligned to protect and advance the interests of the Rich Elite.

This is what the Koch Brothers see as the true state of man and the natural order of the world. A few quasi-aristocratic families controlling the country, with a neutered federal government selected by the Plutocracy and backed by Blackwater Mercs, ready to enforce the will of the 1%.

Why do Conservatives sell themselves so cheaply to the Republican Party?

As America moves forward into the 21st century, the 2016 election has produced reams of justifications for White Working Class (WWC) continued defection to the Republican Party, under the catch-all of "economic anxiety".

Of course, it's a surreal joke that the WWC supports the very same party which has been cutting their economic throats all along. Even now, Donald Trump's supposed campaign alludes to the vague promise of making America Great again and delusions of so much winning you (the white males who comprise his supporters) will get tired of it.

Now, I know why conservatives like James O'Keefe, Sean Hannity, Ann Coulter, Karl Rove, or whomever fluff the flagging Republican Party, they get paid handsomely to do so. But, besides the occasional state law, like Mike Pence's feel free to discriminate against non-christians law or Governor McCory's beat up non-conformists in bathrooms law, the Republican Party has done the bidding of the 1% and advanced the interests of the Plutocracy, while doing nothing to help and much to harm the WWC. So, why do the WWC cling to the Republican Party so tightly after receiving little tangible benefit?

Since the election of evil Ronnie Raygun, Conservatives and especially the WWC have gotten nothing from the Republican Party so why do they keep going back to them?

All of Bill Clinton's outreach and all of Barack Obama's outreach was met with disdain, anger, and threats/acts of violence by conservatives. And while the right-wing hatred of HRC can be explained by the ceaseless conservative agitprop of the last 25 years, it would seem that their hatred of Barack Obama was baseless. After all Obama embodies many of the ideals and values conservatives claim to cherish, save for one "flaw" i.e. His unforgivable blackness.

And this gets to Trump's other core campaign promise; the concrete guarantee of an ethnically, racially, and morally unjust society.

And this is the terrible truth the Left must confront in the United States, race will always Trump class in American politics. Since the antebellum era, the Ruling elites sought out and implemented policies which divided the WWC from minorities. Of course, what many leftists seemingly fail to want to admit is it's time to give up on the WWC.

Because the modern Democratic Party didn't abandon the WWC, whites left the Democratic Party, first as a slow trickle under Nixon's Southern Strategy and then in a mass exodus for the Hollywood myth of Ronnie Raygun. Of course, the modern Democratic Party has been frantically wooing, cajoling, and reaching out to the WWC for the past 35 years but, it's time to tell the WWC they need to come to the left.

If the WWC doesn't recognize that minorities rights are their rights. If they can't understand that LGBTQ issues are their issues. If they refuse to understand #blacklivesmatters means their lives matter then why keep feeding into their white victimization syndrome? Why keep pampering their white resentment?

It's time the WWC recognize they've shackled themselves to a party which hates them, that the Republican Party bought them cheaply, and has no intention of ever helping them, but simply employs the WWC as goon squad, and ply them off with tawdry religiosity, shoddy bigotry, and promises of Apartheid Utopia.

Hold your own Door, Game of Thrones is such Garbage

Game of Thrones (GoT) the most fawned over TV series currently on-air is nothing more than high society twaddle and great man of history bullcrap.

The latest episode Hold the Door, has been reviewed as one of the best and most emotional episodes, causing the writers to go so far as to craft a fake apology about all the door holding jokes which friends would inflict upon each other.

However, as I continue my hate-watching of this series, I had a different reaction to the story of Hodor origins; Revelusion. The sole purpose of Hodor's entire life is to help Bran Stark become great. That is the message of this episode and the series. Hodor has no goals for himself. Hodor has no dreams. Hodor has no agency. In fact, his whole being and back story is so one day he can be sacrificed for the advancement of the noble life of Bran Stark.

Bran uses Hodor throughout the series, but in this episode we learn that Bran has even gone so far as to kind-of travel through time damaging a young Hodor's mind, so that one day the elder Hodor will sacrifice himself, and Hold the Door against a tidal wave of zombies, allowing Bran to escape and to become the next all-wise, all-seeing great and powerful eldritch sorcerer.

This is a classic viewpoint of the rich and the 1%. This is Ayn Rand's vision of Utopia. The mass of humanity is nothing. The goals, dreams and desires of the Elected Ones are the only thing that matter. Throughout the show we are bombarded with this clap-trap. The only characters with purpose, the only characters with agency, the only characters who matter are rich, powerful, noble. Only those in possession of the Sang'Real can achieve and in their achievement it is right and proper for them to use the bodies/minds/souls of the mass of humanity.

Even charcters once believed to be partially of peasant birth (Jon Snow) are in fact secretly the melding of the two of the most powerful bloodlines. In fact inside one generation of Bran's family we have; The Last Greenseer (the most powerful eldritch sorcerer), his sister Arya  becomes a Faceless One (A Ninja/Assassin with added magical powers), and you-know-nothing Jon Snow is the reincarnated/resurrected/literal Song of Ice & Fire, probably destined to be the Prince who was Promised.

Time and again we've seen the GoT World advanced through the actions and lives of the Rich and those with the proper blood lines. Time and again these characters have been placed in completely foreign lands/cultures only to succeed because of their Noble status or their blood-written destiny.

It's the Great Man of History written with a dollop of fantasy. It's Ayn Rand's Galt's Gulch protagonists blithely living lives of consequence while ignoring those in society dying for their fantasies.

Now, rabid defenders of the show often retort that George R. R. Martin is just writing 'like it was', but when you move on from the glib retort about the time in world history replete with ice demons and dragons, if I wanted to read about honorless betrayal and skullduggery in Late Antiquity or the Medieval Era, I'd peruse Byzantinum by John Julius Norwich, or watch The Crusades by Terry Jones, or if I wanted to read about the despoilation and predation of society by the rich I'd read Open Veins of Latin America by Eduardo Galeano.

Instead people voraciously consume George R.R. Martin's extra rapey repackaged world history, full of quirky names and dragons.

Cliven Bundy as Vanguard for the Slow Moving Right-Wing Coup to reshape America

Consitutional Sheriffs Organization, Sovereign Citizens, Posse Comitatus Movement, The III Percenters, Oathkeepers Oathbreakers. What do these groups have in common? They are the Right-Wing Domestic Terrorist Organizations which the Department of Homeland Security warned America about in 2009. But, that prescient report was withdrawn after Laura Ingraham, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, the Insurgents at Faux News and other elements of the Right-Wing Wurlitzer of Outrage expressed their anger at being correctly identified as terrorists.

Like many tiny sparks which lead to a great conflagration, The Cliven Bundy v. Bureau of Land Management struggle could be one of those sparks as Conservative Domestic Terrorists are itching to begin murdering employees of the Federal Government.

SE Finer in his influential 1962 book The Man on Horseback: The Role of the Military in Politics described the beliefs which drive the Sovereign Citizens, in discussing a comment by General Douglas MacArthur from 1952,

"I find in existence a new and heretofore unknown and dangerous concept that the members of our armed forces owe primary allegiance or loyalty to those who temporarily exercise the authority of the Executive Branch of Government rather than to the country and its constitution which they are sworn to defend."

Despite as I've argued, we live in a Center-Left Nation, Left-Wing agitation is unacceptable. The 1% have established powerful cabals in the Media and Government that respond only to interests of the Plutocrats while using their influence to stunt and shut down issues the Working Class cares about.

With the election of Barack Obama, the Militia Movement reached new heights surpassing even the Clinton Era. The conservative cry of Taking Back Their Country led to dozens of right-wing rallies and demonstrations and the now mature internet allowed thousands of on-line keyboard commandos to spread despicable lies and conspiracy theories.

But, this Right-Wing agitation has been carefully cultivated, like a bonsai tree, to succor and defend the interests of the Very Wealthy. When the astroturf Tea Party Movement was founded and funded by the Koch Brothers, they knew exactly what issues their Devil Spawn would agitate for; deregulation and privatization.

Conservative "Populism" is cherished because it can be reliably counted upon to be Pro-1%. 

Cliven Bundy's racist remarks about "the negro", Martin Luther King Jr, and Slavery, while standard conservative orthodoxy, are not the story, the true story is how the Right continued to defend Bundy's Sovereign Citizen beliefs.

National Review Online Kevin Williamson emailed Talking Points Memo after Bundy's Racist comments,

Mr. Bundy's racial rhetoric is lamentable and backward. It is also separate from the fundamental question here, which is the federal government's acting as an absentee landlord for nine-tenths of the state of Nevada. I very strongly suspect that most of the men who died at the Alamo held a great many views that I would find repugnant; we remember them for other reasons.

Williamson's defense is that Bundy is the imperfect messenger of the Perfect Message of Freedom and Liberty, as he equates Cliven Bundy with Davy Crockett. The Modern Conservative has absorbed the rhetoric of the Militia Movement.

While the Militiamen are eager to murder Government workers what they've been duped into fighting for is the thievery of a High Plains Grifter (stolen from c u n d gulag over at Ballonjuice.com).

And when the confrontation first began who did we find stoking the flames of insurrection? Why none other than Faux News.

Sean Hannity pushed Cliven Bundy's message for weeks, urging him to get into a shooting match with Federal LEOs in order to be transformed into a Martyr and Right-Wing Saint. But, it wasn't just Hannity, Nevada Senator Dean Heller, Nevada State Republicans and conservatives across the Country felt empowered to back Bundy and the conservative domestic terrorists.

Jon Stewart has been skewering Fox and Sean Hannity for a decade, yet still millions tune in to hear the Plutocracy's Premiere Propaganda Network's message of Adulation of the Rich, using the well worn conservative tropes of bigotry, oppression and intolerance. While in the Bundy fiasco right-wingers fully supported brave Sheriff Mack and other conservative champions, who planned to hide behind women and children while killing LEOs. The so-called Fox Effect.

The Fox Effect and before the take-over of Talk Radio, has been incredibly successful in making right-wingers continually outraged while robbing them of their reason and sanity. All so the 1% could undo the Progressive Gains of the 20th Century.

Bolstered by their conservative dupes, the obscenely Rich have steadily eroded voting rights, environmental protections, and the social safety net, while stacking the courts with Tort Reform Pro-Business Judges, and passed Legislation at all levels to remove constraints on their rapacious appetite to rape the land, steal it's resources, and murder the 99% who get in their way.

And that has culminated in the slow-moving Coup, the Plutocracy has working at for generations. A Coup to rid America of Representative Democracy and replace it with a Neo-Feudalist Wage Slave State.

The SCOTUS McCutcheon Ruling empowers the Koch Brothers and Plutocracy to Buy the Republic

The Supreme Court took another step in transforming the United States of America into a Neo-Feudal Oligarchy with the McCutcheon Ruling. The Roberts Court in a 5-4 ruling decided Elections can bought outright and cheaply, as they slowly build towards 2016: The Year the Plutocracy Rules.

As the Power of the Plutocrats has grown in the last 35 years of Neoliberal Piss Down Your Back and Tell You It's Raining Prosperity Reaganomics, the 1% has grown more vocal. Just a day after Paul Ryan revealed the latest Republican Death to the Poor Budget, Charles Koch wrote an op-ed to explain his worldview. Of course, Charles Koch sees the problem as the plebeians daring to criticize him, Rather than try to understand my vision for a free society...

As always Mister Koch, we do understand "your vision for a free society" which is why Our Voices are getting louder and louder and why Plutocrats, such as yourself, are getting shriller and shriller.

Charles Koch and his despicable brethren know their Oppression is intolerable and making the 99% desperate, so the Plutocrats tell their Media Lap Dogs that Opposing the Will of Plutocracy equals Kristallnacht and then call those whom they Oppress, Nazis.

Peppered with language swiped from his father's John Birch Anti-Commie screeds, Charles Koch goes on to decry "Collectivists" and blame "The System", while invoking Arthur Schopenhauer and Saul Alinsky.

Of course, Charles Koch blames it all on Obama, The central belief and fatal conceit of the current administration is that you are incapable of running your own life, but those in power are capable of running it for you. This is the essence of big government and collectivism.

Like, all scoundrels, Charles Koch swaddles himself in the Bosom of America. Those in power fail to see that more government means less liberty and liberty is the essence of what it means to be American. Love of liberty is the American ideal.

This screed is the supersonic whine of a rich entitled plutocrat. What Charles Koch means by Liberty is the Freedom for him to rule a Section of the Nation as his own little Fiefdom as a Landgrave, accountable to no one who, along with his fellow Plutocrats, chooses the Government and ensures those chosen do nothing but, enforce the Will of the Rich.

Medicare? Don't need it. Social Security? Not necessary. Food Stamps? Collectivism! To Charles Koch and his ilk, Government exists only to quell domestic dissent and expand overseas business opportunities; everything else is "Unconstitutional". Charles Koch desires nothing less than a return to brutal Feudalism.

Now, Plutocrats however can't rule without a Guardian Class, empowered to attack the Enemies of Inequality and the Opponents of the 1%; Enter the Republican Party.

The Sole Purpose of the Republican Party is to ensure the 1% get Richer while the rest of us are ground into perpetual Wage Slavery and unending Corporate Bondage.

The day after Koch's Declaration of Neo-Feudalism, Republican Senator Jerry Moran took to the floor of the US Senate to genuflect before Charles Koch and read his op-ed into the Congressional Record.

"It seems to me the things that are outlined in Mr. Koch’s opinion piece are certainly within the wide mainstream of American thought..." and " I wanted to share one of Koch Industries owner’s beliefs about those values and his philosophy and how it affects Americans today,"

During CPAC 2014 in March, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann thanked god for David Koch and declared RICO laws should be used against those who speak out against the Koch Brothers,

"I just thank god that there’s a billionaire or two on our side. I hope we get a few more that are willing that come out but realize also this is an intimidation movement, I’m sure that the donors on our side don’t like to have their names vilified and that’s what this is about, intimidating people from giving money to our cause, that’s it. There’s something called the RICO statute, the racketeering law, that should be applied against them for doing this."

Meanwhile, other Republicans are engaged in a slander campaign of Senator Harry Reid. Not debating his viewpoint but insinuating that he has suffered a mental breakdown or is drunk or on drugs.

Republicans exist to guard and increase the Vast Wealth of the Rich at the expense of everyone else.

The odious Newt Gingrich, a viciously racist miserable political failure famous only for cheating on two wives while trying to impeach President Clinton for cheating on one, took to the Sunday Morning talk Circuit to bask in the beauty of the McCutcheon Ruling. Gingrich went further and declared,

"Candidates should be allowed to take unlimited amounts of money from anybody and you would overnight equalize the middle class and the rich."

In its majestic equality, the law forbids rich and poor alike to sleep under bridges, beg in the streets and steal loaves of bread. Anatole France, 1894. Sheldon Adelson can give a million dollars to Gingrich or Christ Christie and so can you!

Meanwhile, Republicans have adopted the Kochtopus approach of attacking the Working Class on multiple fronts to crush the 99% and enforce brutal Koch Feudalism. Republicans want to give Companies time to delay Union vote because Republicans use the Awesome Power of the Government to aid the Rich in crushing Labor.

Republican Congressman John Kline of Minnesota and Senator Lamar Alexander of Tennessee introduced legislation requiring the NLRB let 35 days pass after employees file a petition before they are allowed to vote on forming a union. 

Because Companies might need extra time to threaten workers against Unionizing, bring in Armed Forces to ensure the proper votes are cast and give Republicans time to interfere in the Free Market as Senator Bob Corker, Tennessee Governor Haslam and State Republicans did against workers trying unionize a VW factory.

Republicans don't care about the American People. They are solely in office to succor, defend and protect the Plutocracy. Medicaid eliminated, Medicare eviscerated, Social Security Swindled, Unions abolished, The Working Class impoverished, higher education made unaffordable, laws applied unequally, Plutocrats buying elections, Corporations telling you what you can spend your earnings on and what you can do with your free time, these are ancillary benefits of the Brutal Koch Feudalism, Republicans are pushing upon the Nation.

Bruce Rauner like all Plutocrats is a Vandal. Illlinois Public Pension insolvency is his and other Capitalists fault

Bruce Rauner is running for Governor of Illinois. He'll have to win the Republican Primary for a chance to square off against Governor Quinn in the general election. Rauner's sole remaining competition for the Republican Primary is Kirk Dillard after Rauner's Squad eliminated Dan Rutherford's chances with allegations of Sexual Harassment and a homosexual relationship with an intern.

Billionaire Bruce Rauner is an implacable foe of Working people in Illinois. Besides vowing to reduce Illinois' Minimum Wage to make Illinois workers more appealing to Corporate Wage Slavers, once he wins, a Governor Bruce Rauner will do to the State and citizens of Illinois what he and other Capitalists have done to Illinois Public Pensions, they will cart off all the assets in a legislative orgy of Vandalism.

Because that is what Bruce Rauner is; A Vandal, in the most ancient sense of the term. Rauner's entire fortune has been made from identifying previously existing wealth charging in and looting it.

Bruce Rauner worked for 30 years at "Wealth Management" Firm GTCR, the R for Rauner was added during his tenure. Rauner's firm "managed" Public Pensions for nearly two decades. Now, after Rauner and other Vandal Capitalists have had access to Pensions, surprise Illinois is facing a massive Pension Crisis.

GTCR has "managed" money for the Illinois Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) and the Illinois State Board of Investment, the state's largest and third-largest, respectively. Additionally, GTCR had access to state and municipal pension plans from the San Francisco City and County Employees' Retirement System to the Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board. 

For this "work" GTCR, takes a 20% or more slice plus consultation and management fees. Rauner got paid no matter what the funds he "managed" did.

So, it's not surprising that Illinois and other Public Pensions began to go into insolvency once Vandal Capitalists got their hands on the funds. In fiscal year 2009, TRS lost $4.4 Billion (22% of its' value) in 2008 TRS lost 5% of it's value because of the Management of their Portfolios by Rauner-types.

The Wall Street-Hedge Fund-Wealth Management Implosion of 2007 and on-going Republican Recession was the end result of unchaining Capitalism and opening up the gates to the Vandal Capitalists like Rauner. The Vandals took the secure Public backed funds from dozens of states, hundreds of municipalities and Unions and stole them.

Bruce Rauner's not alone in the Vandal Capitalist method. It's the method de rigueur of the 1%.

"The problem is that the world and this country should not talk about envy of the 1 percent. It should talk about emulating the 1 percent. The 1 percent work harder. The 1 percent are much bigger factors in all forms of our society." Sam Zell, in defense of Tom Perkins who compared the Working Class to Nazis.

The 1% do work hard. It takes a lot of gall for the Vandals to raid, loot and plunder and call themselves Job Creators.

Chris Hayes summed up Zell's "business" model,

Let me tell you something about Sam Zell. He bought The Tribune Company in 2008 for $8.2 billion, an extremely highly leveraged deal. It was widely regarded. I reported on it at the time as an unsustainable debt structure that would implode in on itself.  

Well, guess what? Less than a year, the company went bankrupt, listing $7.6 billion in assets and $13 billion in debt. More than 4,200 people lost their jobs. But despite the company`s troubles, executives received tens of millions of dollars in bonuses. 

Sam Zell is like the action movie hero who throws the lighter behind him not bothering to look back at the explosion. That`s Sam Zell.

Zell bought the Tribune Company and loaded them up with debt ($13 billion) as he drained the companies assets then had them claim bankruptcy and sold off the Chicago Cubs to the semi-odious Billionaire Rickets Family.

Loading debt onto companies in highly leveraged deals is a classic technique Zell and Mitt Romney have profited from immensely. This is the Hard Work that Zell, Rauner, Romney, Steven Cohen, Paul E. Singer, Stephen Schwarzman, Clifford S. Asness, the Koch Brothers, and Tom Perkins demand to be lauded for, deferred to and praised.

The Vandals have already sacked the Public Pensions. With the help of Republican Governors, like Koch Brothers controlled Scott Walker in Wisconsin, several states have fallen to the rapacious hunger of the Vandal Capitalists.

If Bruce Rauner makes his way into Springfield as the Governor of Illinois, another gate will be thrown open to his Looting brethren and Illinois will be Sacked, just as the Vandals have done to other States.

Plutocrats, like the Koch Brothers and Tom Perkins, are fire-breathing Wyrms, destructive, nearly invincible forces which don't create anything but, destroy and destroy and destroy then steal hordes of Capital which they proclaim to be theirs. They poison and destroy people's lives and livelihoods in pursuit of profits. 

While most Plutocrats are content to let their massive Conglomerations and political henchmen do the dirty work of squeezing blood from the poor, Perkins is a rare Plutocrat in that he personally got his hands dirty, or rather the fiberglass hull of his yacht, murdering a Nice Doctor. 

The Rich been doing it so long and with such deference from their wholly owned Politicians and paid lickspittles, Peter Schiff, Maria Bartiromo, Jim Cramer, Larry Kudlow, Neil Cavuto, Rick Santelli and a host of people willing to sell others into servitude, the Rich believe they owed not only money and power but respect and obsequious deference as well.

Peter Schiff was last seen demanding random working class people give him 15% of whatever they just spent coming out of Wal-Mart (yeah it didn't make sense when he did it and it doesn't make sense when you read it) and telling Occupy Wall Street to get a job.

Since, Ronnie Raygun's placement in the Presidency, Progressives have been fighting a rear-guard action against the Plutocracy and their rapacious ways.

Plutocratic Wyrms were not going to simply sit back and agree that Progressive Victories in the 20th century were the way the World was going to be. Plutocrats have thus been in engaged in a Long March towards returning the World and the people under their Domination.

This is why Occupy Wall Street was such an important new maneuver against the rapacious Rich and why the Rich used their political muscle and Ultra-Reactionary shills to crush Occupy.

Nonetheless, Occupy forced the issue of Income Inequality into the media, who would have been more than content to just remake Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous.

And that is what has Tom Perkins so frightened that Progressives are fighting back against the Plutocracy instead of bowing in Awe to their August Majesty.

State of the Union Update:

President Obama has 3 years to attempt to undue the 30 years of Thachter-ite Neoliberal Reaganomics. Our problem today, is not too much or too little Government; it's the focus of 99% of Government time, resources and efforts on the 1%. 

We have two inverted pyramids at work in which the 1% get 99% of Government's attention while the 99% are lucky to get anytime spent by government addressing our concerns.

Government of the Rich, by the Rich and for the Rich

"I don’t think $3.5 million is a heck of a lot of money" - Supreme Court Justice Antonin "Fat Tony" Scalia. And in comparison to the people with whom Antonin rubs shoulders it isn't. 

Americans are mad. The 1% have always tried to funnel that anger at the Government. By and large the Rich have successfully duped conservatives into believing the Government is the source of their woes.

Look over there! That teacher has a pension! Look over there! That postal employee has good retirement options! Look over there! That Poor person is eating food and has air conditioning!

The Rich and the Republicans have spent years destroying Americans' confidence in Government by deliberate sabotage, demagoguery over "blaah people's lives getting better" from white Iowa farmers money which they use to eat steak, work out and drive Cadillacs.

The fact is the wholly-owned Republican Party and Pro-Business Democrats do the bidding of the Rich and Powerful. That Government act as the Economic Hitmen and Goon Squad enforcing the will of the Rich upon the Nation.

Even now, during the Republican enforced Shutdown, P90X Ryan offered up his Death to the Poor Budget Plan as "an olive branch".

Ryan's plan is, of course, nothing more than the same Right-Wing gibberish and contains the same-old Republicans canards; Raise taxes on the Middle Class ("broadening the tax base"), eliminate medicaid and make medicare more expensive (if you were wealthy you'd be healthy), increase retirement contributions by federal employees (eliminate the middle class), “opening up America’s vast energy reserves to development.” (Drill Baby, Drill!!!)

Nonetheless, the Republicans Coup attempt is not the endgame. The endgame is "Smaller Government". The Smaller Government they want is one just Small enough to fit into the pockets of the Super Rich.

But, it seems the Koch Brothers are a little skittish about the anger they've helped to foment. Koch Industries public relations arm released a memo denying any involvement in the Republican Government Shutdown.

However, Koch has not taken a position on the legislative tactic of tying the continuing resolution to defunding Obamacare nor have we lobbied on legislative provisions defunding Obamacare.  

We believe that Congress should, at a minimum, keep to sequester-level spending guidelines, and develop a plan for more significant and widespread spending reductions in the future 

Meanwhile, the McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission SCOTUS case is clearing the way for Unlimited Campaign Contributions. So, the Rich can choose the 536 politicians in DC who they will instruct to steadily turn the nation into a Neo-Feudalist hellhole wherein 99% of Americans will be born into Wage Slavery and have no recourse and no friend in Government.

But, the apologists for the Rich will tell those slaves that they are free. 

So, Grover Norquist will tell those slaves they don't need the damned government for anything, and when Koch Industries turns the nearby stream into a slurry of coal slag or when ExxonMobil oil pipeline befouls an entire rive and marshland, those American slaves Grover dreams of creating will simply shrug and accept it as the way things ought to be.

GOP plans to kill their Hostages. Will the President sacrifice us?

The Republicans have hijacked the US Government and Budget. The Republicans aren't going to destroy the entire Government, they are just going to destroy the Government which helps Us.

Since, Ronald Reagan's elevation and the adoption of Piss Down Your Back and Tell You It's Raining Economics (Supply Side economics), the Republican Party has been steadily undermining  a Government which helps the Poor and Working Class.

This Government Shutdown was coming all along, Republicans had planned it at least a year ago, and it was so the Republicans could hijack the Budget and use it as a "Forcing Mechanism" to enact their Death to the Poor Budget.

Ah, but the Republicans went of half-cocked thanks to the efforts of Senator Ted Cruz and the anti-Obamacare propaganda they've been spewing for the past 4 years.

Nonetheless, the Shutdown is having ancillary benefits for the crotch-sniffing lapdogs of the Plutocracy.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has currently furloughed 1600 of 1611 workers and almost all case handling including hearings, investigations, inspections, elections and more has come to a halt. This is not a negative to Republicans but a desired outcome.

"There is some good news out of the shutdown, the EPA can't issue new regulations." - Republican Marsha Blackburn.

During the last shutdown, Jonathan Schweitzer, an environmental engineer at the agency, and his team was forced to call off a planned inspection at a sewage treatment plant in the Chicago area.

 "During that time the treatment plant violated its discharge limits," he said. "In the long term if we can't review permits and pre-treatment programms, then states and municipalities will likely tend to slack off if nobody is keeping after them as far as their job is concerned protecting the waterways."

Of course, while Republicans hate the EPA and want it eliminated, Chicagoans and other Americans would rather not drink cholera-laden water, 

"It stinks," said John O'Grady, a union representative at the EPA's Chicago office. "No one is going to be out inspecting water discharges, or wet lands. Nobody is going to be out inspecting waste water treatment plants, drinking water treatment plants, or landfills - nothing. None of that is going to be done. The employees are absolutely devastated."

The Republicans message has always been the Government doesn't work. After being elected Republicans exert all their power and spend all their energy ensuring that statement comes true.

What this Shutdown helps them do is sow discontent and exasperation amongst the American people and speed up the transfer of the Wealth of Nations into the bank accounts of the 1%.

Already they have gotten President Obama to agree to funding the Government at Sequestration levels, which represents a huge reduction in spending and is a major compromise.

But, Sequestration levels of spending isn't good enough for the Republicans and their Plutocratic Masters. The 1% want nothing less than the complete and total destruction of the New Deal, the Great Society and the any parts of the Government which helps the Poor and Working Class.

The most frightening part is not that President Obama has signaled his agreement to sequestration budget spending but that some neo-liberal advisors to the President are telling him it's his time, that President Obama is the One who can make changes to Social Security or Medicare and that by agreeing to cuts to entitlements he'll secure his legacy.

If President Obama agrees to any real cuts to Social Security or Medicare he will hand a bloody shirt which the Republicans will wave for a hundred years. And he'll go a long way towards ushering in the Era of Neo-Feudalist Domination of America.

It's Hard to be A Republican Plutocrat on just $172,000* a year

Phil Gingrey of Georgia recently complained he was "stuck" in Washington DC making only $172,000 a year. This follows Sean Duffy of Wisconsin complaining in 2011 that he was struggling on his congressional salary. And it's understandable because the people they are carousing with are the type who have no problem dropping $700 on two bottles of Pinot Noir as Hedge Fund Vulture Clifford S. Asness and Deficit Svengoolie Paul Ryan did on their wine date a few years back.

In 2009, Gingrey misused $400 dollars of campaign monies to renew his Georgia medical license. While it's a small amount it's a fee which a regular taxpayer couldn't just expect to be covered by somebody else. Also it was shown that for his 2010 re-election campaign Gingrey raised $1,400,000 dollars and his re-election campaign paid thousands of dollars for expenses incurred by Gingrey.

Prior to 2010, Gingrey had a leased Chevy Tahoe at $768 a month, he turned that in when the lease ran out for a Honda CRV at $462 a month. Now this is paid by US Taxpayers of course so that's an expense that regular Americans pay that Gingrey doesn't.

Additionally, it was uncovered that Congress and their staff received over $2,000,000 dollars worth of Coffee and Pastries paid by the Taxpayer in 2012.

Gingrey has been in Congress since 2003, like all Federal Employees post 1984 he is enrolled into FERS. So a whole 1.3% goes to his pension, which he became invested in after 5 years.

Now Georgia is a Right-to-Work State, which means (from the Secretary of State website),

an employer can terminate an employee for good cause, bad cause or no cause at all, so long as it is not an illegal cause. 

Georgia Manufacturing is proud that their statewide Unionization was 3.4% as of 2010. So, while Gingrey has a Pension and benefits his constituents could be fired for merely complaining about their salary and the vast majority enjoy the privilege of Right-to-Work-for-Less.

Gingrey has brought non-Union Foreign owned Car Manufacturers into Georgia and gave them US Taxpayer dollars to undercut our Domestic brands as well as undercut Union labor at home. What a two-fer for the Plutocracy! Kia Motors got $324 million of Taxpayer welfare to open their 3000 worker Georgia plant in 2006.

Now, Gingrey isn't a special Republican as he represents a poor state as the median income for Georgia is $49,736 but Phil ensures that while he cuts benefits and rights for the Working Class people of his district he "works" very hard in DC to make sure the Super Rich Plutocrats with whom he hob-nobs are taken care of.

So, there's the Hard Work that Phil Gingrey has been "stuck" doing in Washington DC for his measly $174,000 a year.

SNAP! Republicans putting the Dick in Dickensian

Post World War II, Winston Churchill told the United States, that England could no longer shoulder the Burden of the Empire on Which the Sun Never Set and passed the torch to America.

Since then in the proceeding years the United States engaged in their own version of Victoria's Little Wars in far away locales.

But, yesterday the Republican Party decided there's no reason we should not emulate other elements of 19th Century England.

"Please Sir... I'd like some more..."

217 Republicans voted to slash SNAP by $40 Billion over the next 10 years. Nothing says Statesmanship like sticking it the Poor and Hungry.

"We only want to cut 5 percent. That ought to leave more money getting to the hands of the people who do need it,” Republican Congressman Andy Harris.

The Poor in this country have no power and no representation in the Government. To be Poor is to be excluded from the American Dream and doomed to Corporate Servitude.

It's another brilliant play by the Republicans and their Elite Plutocratic Masters. By slashing but, not outright eliminating SNAP the Republicans don't make the 99% desperate.

Because starving and desperate equals dangerous but, undernourished and scared equals docile.

The Ultra-Reactionary Right Wingers are ascendant. In all facets of American Life, the Plutocracy and Oppressive Right are making strides and advancing the cause of Wage Slavery and Neo-Feudalism.

They don't even have to make the cursory arguments about the necessity of Capitalism as they once did as the viscous Income Inequality we have been subjected to in the past 35 years has surpassed even the Gilded Age of the Robber Barons.

No longer do they need to claim the rising tide will lift all boats and some wealth will trickle down. Now, the Plutocracy and their crotch-sniffing Republican Guard Dogs simply go about dismantling any aspect of Government which helps the 99%.

Now, they just Piss Down Our Backs and tell us to think of England.

Republicans Fighting All Americans

Republicans have a message for America; Their Government will not help you.

Across the Nation from school boards, in the Governor's Mansions to Congress, Republicans are tiresly working to ensure Working Class people have No Friend in Government.

And it's not just their "principled" stand against the Affordable Care Act, wherein Republican Congressmen have refused to help their constituents with taking advantage of the Law.

From mandating Transvaginal Ultrasound Wand Raping of Women against their consent, to taking away the Voting Franchise from University Students and African-Americans, to undercutting Unions, to dismantling Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Unemployment and the ACA, while voting to eliminate the Clean Air and Water Act and any other regulation which stops Corporations from despoiling the Air we breathe, the water we drink and the land we live upon all the while accepting gratis and kickbacks from the Plutocratic 1%,  Republicans and Pro-Business Democrats are using the Power of Government for Oppression and Domination.

This is, of course, nothing new. The Government was not set up for the People but for a small cadre of elites. Many of the Founding Fathers loathed the idea of Democracy, equating it with anarchy and mob rule, and even those disposed to empower the common man, crafted a system which excluded the majority of Americans from the political process and its' benefits. The 20th Century saw a change as the Federal Government set up protections and came to the aid of the Working Class.

This was seen as a major revocation of trust by the Plutocracy, which, traditionally need not have worried about whom was elected because the Politician was known to be in the pocket of Rich.

Republican State Representatives, Governors, Congressmen and Senators are proudly proclaiming they are working against the Democratic Republic and for the interests, welfare and benefits of the Very Few.

America, this is Fascism. This is the Modern GOP; This is the Conservative Right today; Guard Dogs and Handmaidens to the Plutocracy.

And it's designs and goals are easy to understand. The 1% want an American Populace ready to accept whatever the 1% deem them worthy of. They want you so fearful of losing your job, that you're willing to accept pay cuts, elimination of benefits, longer work days for no overtime.

Because once you're fearful and once Republicans have convinced you they won't help then the American people will know they have nowhere to turn and no one fighting for them, you'll be complainant to the Plutocratic Owners of America and you'll help the 1% grind down the Middle and Working Class to abject Poverty and subservient Penury.

Government by the Plutocracy for the Plutocracy and of the Plutocracy

Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat, but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires – John Steinbeck. 

 "The federal government was never intended to be everything for everyone." - Chicken Hammer commented on my blog and oft repeated by conservatives everywhere.

This is correct, the Federal Government was created to Protect and Serve the Rich and Powerful.

Government was envisioned as a Tool of the Plutocracy in quelling Domestic problems and expanding Foreign Markets for exploitation.

All of Sudden Republicans in Congress are concerned about NSA cyber-snooping? Where was Jim Sensenbrenner's concern when he crafted the Patriot Act in 2001? Where was John Boehner's concern about wiretaps when he voted time after time to reapprove them? This level of out-right surveillance of the American People goes back further than the NSA whistleblower stating in 2006 the NSA has a Massive database of Americans' phone calls or in 2004 when President Bush declared, "a wiretap requires a court order. Nothing has changed, by the way."

But, let's leave aside the Surveillance State for today. The Government is not the Problem; they are but the Hitmen and Trigger Pullers for the True Evil in our Society the Class of Moochers known as the Rich.

The last 30 years has been the Reactionary Attempt by the Mooching Rich to reclaim the Power of Government for their sole use. Everyday brings further evidence that Austerity is but another name for Trickle Down Economics and is little more than the abject destruction of the Middle Class in order to create a Wage Slavery State in America.

Outright lying by Harvard economists Carmen Reinhart and Kenneth Rogoff was for at the behest of the Rich to further destroying a Government which aids the Poor and Middle Class.

But, even amongst the Founding Fathers they knew that the Massive Income Inequality and the Ownership of the Federal Government by Corporations and the Rich would lead to Civil Strife.

The Richest 1% of this Nation doesn't make Anything or Do Anything, all they do is occupy the Rentiers position extracting a little financial gain from the toil of the 99% and the Billions of Economic Transactions that occur daily.

Yet, despite their complete and total destruction of the US Economy in 2007 Wall Street Banksters have regained their footing and are exerting their domination of the Economy again.

Between 2005 to 2007, Banksters issued $1.5 Trillion in Collateralized Debt Obligations. Synthetic CDOs, instead of the bonds themselves, are insurance-like derivative contracts on the bonds. "CDOs give investors a chance to bet on the creditworthiness of a basket of companies." (from Katy Burne of the Wall Street Journal) Those monies aren't anything other than gambling. Synthetic CDOs are back as Wall Street fights to defeat all controls on their recklessness.

Banksters, Hedge Fund Managers and Vulture Capitalists aren't creating anything. They aren't investing in anything. They are placing Bets on-top-of Wagers on-top-of Gambles... They are the computer virus and bad code from the movies Office Space and Superman III, siphoning off money they have no right to.

Remember the Economic Reform we need is Tax Reform and the Sadism of Capitalists

"How much more money do we want to steal from the American people to fund more government? I'm for no more." Speaker of the House John Boehner, tells America that the "People's House" will impose taxes on Real People which they'll give to Corporate "Persons".

 Capitalism is more correctly understood as Neo-Feudalism. Great Houses and Barons have morphed into Corporations and CEOs. And for Neo-Feudalism to flourish there needs to be a vast majority of workers for whom there is no future other than toil and labor and who'll give birth to the next generation of labor.

The Economic Reform we need is Tax Reform. 1 in 4 Corporations pays no Income Taxes. Companies involved in the Military-Industrial-Complex fraudulently overcharge the military Hundreds of Billions of dollars, Oil Companies receive government subsidies and transfer the clean-up costs on their disasterous oil spills onto the American taxpayers.

Procter & Gamble, the Cincinnati-based company behind Pampers diapers and Tide detergent, reported a federal tax burden in 1969 that was 40 percent of its total profits, a typical rate in those days. More than four decades later, P&G is a very different company, with operations that span the globe. It also reports paying a very different portion of its profits in federal taxes: 15 percent.

Apple is the current in the spotlight for their Tax Dodging schemes. Apple in 1980 created a shell company in Ireland, "Waldwill Limited". Now, Apple doesn't make anything in Ireland these days, it's Cork Office is in charge of European distrubtion and product support. But, it is a handy dandy country to funnel the $30,000,000,000 USC in profits in order to pay $0 US Income Taxes.

Proctor and Gamble and Apple aren't the only ones. Most of the 30 companies listed on the country’s most famous stock index, the Dow Jones industrial average, have seen a dramatically smaller percentage of their profits go to U.S. coffers over time, even as their share prices have driven the Dow to an all-time high.

That is what is going on here. Corporations and Rich Thieves have made the US Tax Laws a Byzantine Mess of contradictions and loopholes which they know how to navigate in order to steal Trillions and hide their filthy lucre in off-shore accounts, just waiting to be repatriated tax free when the properly bought politican makes it possible.

But, while these Rich Thieves engage in artful dodging of tax laws and self-congratulatory back slaps for their "Capitalist Ingenuity" there is a strain of Sadism in methods. Because Taxes are what the Poor pay because if the Poor where blessed and virtuous they'd pay No Taxes.

An article by the noted Austerity Sadist Michael Kinsley illuminates how Austerity isn't about Deficit Reduction but an ardent and fervent desire to punish the Wicked Poor as a happy by-product of enforcing a noble Neo-Feudalist State.

Austerity is designed to Cut Government Spending not the Deficit. Because that Government spending goes to The Wicked (i.e. the Poor) it is not right that the Rich Man who is synonymous with Righteousness suffer.

And there can be no Greater Good than Lower Taxes as a reward to the Noble and Virtuous.

But, if the problem where merely one of Effective Tax Rates, simply highlighting the Massive Income Inequality that exists in America would show how the Goal of the Piss Down Your Back and Tell You It's Raining Reaganomics and Bush Tax Cuts were designed and implemented for no other reason than to create a society in which the Richest One Percent live better than the Pharoahs of Ancient Egypt.

The Plutocracy gets a Sadistic thrill when Americans vote away their birthrights. The Koch Brothers Propaganda Machine Americans For Prosperity released an email when the Sequester went into effect lauding Speaker Boehner and the House Republicans, 

[T]oday Americans for Prosperity thanks Speaker John Boehner and House Republicans for standing up to President Obama and making sure the $85 billion in much-needed sequester spending cuts took effect. 

As an example, I was out at a leadership event in Portland, Oregon this week where Beth, one of our dedicated Americans For Prosperity activists, told me how she had sent personal messages to each of her 243 Facebook friends asking them to contact their member of Congress to tell him to"keep the cuts" so we can "get our economy moving again." 

The Koch Brothers, Banksters, Tax Dodging CEO's and Sadistic Economists aren't interested in the US EConomy but in transferring as much money upwards as possible and creating a GovernmentApparatus  which will enforce and perpetuate their Noble Neo-Feudalist Utopia.

Women Binder Romney and Dishwasher Ryan to star in remake of Say Anything

The Romney-Ryan plan is to screw America and give the money to the Rich. They are, of course, supported in this endeavor by Rich and by the Faux News and Conservative shills who engage in the Great Con Game in which Right-Wing bullshit can never, ever, ever be called lies.

Mitt Romney's wistful recollection of the Binders Full of Women became an instant Internet Meme. But, more important than the Nobody puts Baby in a Binder and I can't squeeze my women into a Trapper Keeper jokes is the fact the whole story was a Lie.

Mika Brzezinski pointed out the story was false on Morning Joe ,

"How is that not a lie?” Can we go there, Halperin? When you say you ‘sought out’ and then it turns that they were brought to you, that’s not the truth. Correct?"

Mark Halperin wasn't having any of it, 

“I just don’t think that’s what this campaign should be about.”

The Truth can be so inconveinent, especially when the Con Man is on the Grift! Mika Brzezinski wouldn't let the issue drop, 

“What? Us calling out facts? It shouldn’t be about that? I’ll totally disagree, it appears, with everybody at this table. It is insulting. At the debate the other night, Mitt Romney talks about how there weren’t enough women and so he sought them out and then ‘binders of women’ were brought to him, which is a whole funny thing, but that’s not true. That was a prepared story. He was prepared to be asked about women and told that story…" 

But, Mark Halperin fullfied his role as Shill in the Great Republican Swindle, 

"I just don't think that parsing individual statment said live during a debate is appropriate."

After his mauling by Vice President Biden, Paul 90X Ryan and his family staged a photo-opportunity of them helping out in a Youngstown, Ohio homeles shelter kitchen to show his compassion.

As conflicting accounts emerged, Brian Antal, president of the Mahoning County St. Vincent De Paul Society, has become the focus of incredible anger as Conservatives have engaged in a campaign of criminal harassment via thousands of phone calls and vicious Facebook posts. Additionally, the shelter is facing an exdous of donors.

Antal orginally stated Ryan "did nothing" but now claims Ryan "did wash several dirty dishes". Conservatives found their j'accuse! moment when they learned Antal has voted in Democratic Primaries!

Looking at the photos you can see Ryan sporting a spotless white apron, eventhough he's supposedly cleaning large dirty stainless pots using a high powered professional spray. Really, the only thing Ryan tried to burnish in this photo-op is his political image.

Now, eventhough I don't like Ryan, I don't think he's stupid enough to just run water over clean pots but, the forced nature of Ryan trying to appear to care about Homeless or Poor people is what is readily evident. To Romney and Ryan the only thing "The Poor" are good for is to be used as club to attack President Obama.

But, in order to get elected Romney and Ryan will Say Anything. It's what they say and do when they think they are amongst friends and the cameras not on that matters.

So, when Mitt Romney says "I know what it takes..." and "I have a plan..." You should believe him. He made them clear in his 47% Speech. 

Romney does have a plan to shift the Tax Burden onto the Middle Class in a final effort to grind us from existence so that his Plutocratic Allies reign over this Nation and it's people in a Neo-Feudalist State.

Mighty Joe Biden crushes Paul 90X Ryan

Lyin' Ryan was handled in the debate. And Vice President Biden did it with a smile and a laugh, "That's a bunch of malarkey."

Of course, whiny Conservatives complained that Vice President Biden smiled and laughed too much while beating up Paul Ryan. "I think the way the vice president handled himself was condescending,” said Reprenstative Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah). Waaa Waaaaa Waaaaaaa! 

As soon as Republicans and conservatives began complaining that Biden was smirking and interrupting Ryan it was obvious Biden had won handily. When your guy gets crushed you make excuses and complain about the behavior of your opponent. Boo-Fucking-Hoo conservative wimps.

And this is only way Ryan and Romney need to be treated. Republican Lies, errr, "ideas" need to be treated with disdain and laughter because they are evil and ignorant.

Paul Ryan came off as a baby-ish backwater, po-dunk, cultish rube. Ryan's entire career has been pampered existence as Ryan has been swaddled in the safety of wing-nut taxpayer funded welfare for 20 years. Ryan has never had to face a confident, intelligent, well-versed opponent and it showed. 

Like his cultish P90X exercises of choice, which don't provide real-world applicable strength they just make you good at doing P90X exercises, Ryan's ideas have always been met with sychophantic echo-chamber agreement, leaving him weak when his ideas have to be tested in the marketplace of ideas.

Ryan's ideas don't provide any functionable strength, they merely look good to the Plutocratic Moocher Class.

Let’s make this country a tax shelter... Lowering tax rates at a broader base of income brings in more revenues and would help us close our fiscal gap.

Never forget when Republicans talk about "broadening the tax base" they meant to broaden the backs of the Middle Class and Poor to provide the base for further tax cuts for the Plutocrats. And that is exactly what Romney-Ryan Tax Plan plans to do Increase Taxes on the Middle Class and give $5 Trillion to the Rich.
