Codex Review: Harlequins a.k.a. the Eldar Grey Knights

It has been a long time and can't say I'm disappointed.  Back when 40k bit me, when Eldar Harlequins first caught my attention I wanted to field an entire army.  Besides the Warhammer 40,000 Companion and years later a White Dwarf of an entire Harlequin army we haven't had the opportunity to field a posse of clowns.  Well now we can and

Exactly as hoped.  Started and finished painting Shadowseer in one sitting.  Quite pleased.

Finally done with these guys.  As I was getting close to the end my patience for painting them was quickly dissolving.

Every clown received a little Surf Aqua.

Thinking I'm putting too much time in these models.  Shawn isn't looking for anything fancy.  Figured I'd put another checker pattern on one of them.  Then finish them off with Surf Aqua, clients colour of choice.

All power weapons painted Enchanted Blue.

Eldar Harlequins part 2 "Put the word out. We hire the Clown."

Decided to put myself in the mood for painting murderous clowns.  Besides Killer Clowns From Outer Space figured I'd paint in a more subdued mood and watch a couple clips of the Joker in The Dark Knight.  Heath Ledger, rest in peace, knocked that role out of the park in that role.

Time to paint some clowns.

Next time I paint Harlequins will have to take it more seriously and watch killer clowns from outer space to get me in the right mindset.

Ebay Deathwing Land Raider Celebration and more Eldar

Finally I've followed through on something.  Feel damn good.  About this time tomorrow evening the Land Raider should be up for auction on Ebay.

Tonight to celebrate this momentous event.  Byerly's in Golden Valley has 5$ sushi on Wed.  Picked up some unfiltered cider.  Presently watching Fight Club.  Curse of Frank Black afterwards.  Perhaps I'll work on my Crypteks afterwards.
