Nutcracker

Grandma and Kambree had a special date on Saturday, they went to the Nutcracker!! Kambree was so excited, she dressed up in ballet clothes and had on her new special necklace that grandma gave her!!  When she got home I asked if she fell asleep...nope she loved it!  She did say that the man in his tights was pretty embarrassing, you could see his butt!  We all got a good laugh out of that.  Ever since she has been talking about the ballet and showing us the moves from it!!

A Day of Thanks!

 My mom had the best idea and that was to stick the kids out in her green house. It attached to the house so they were still right by us but we didn't have to listen to them!!  After Kambree go her food and went out there she said "I am so glad we are out here, we don't have to listen to the grown ups"

  

 

 We made these cute turkeys and acorns to decorate the table with!!  I think Kaizley ate most of the turkeys.  She cleaned up after everyone had left the table!

 Our desserts...a little excessive!  6 pies, brownies and cupcakes!!  Did you remember there were only 13 adults and 7 kids!

 The dinner spread...yep lots of food!  I have lots of left overs, at least I don't have to cook!

Reflections

 Kyron decided to participate in reflections this year.  The theme was "Diversity Means..."  He drew a dragon.  He wrote dragons don't exist so they can be different!

Our First Pack Meeting!

Kyron has been loving scouts! We had our first pack meeting, which was fun! 

He earned his bobcat! When they get their pin they get held upside down while the mom pins it onto their shirt.  James had a late night at work so Wes stepped in and did the lifting upside down part!

It's a fun little tradition that they do and Kyron loved it!!

Kaizley is growing!

Kaizley just turned 15 months!  She is such a funny little girl!  She laughs all the time. She has this little "evil" laugh it is hilarious!!

In the last 3 months she has gotten the rest of her teeth...that's 10 teeth!  and they are sharp little buggers!!  Hopefully she will stop teething soon and sleep through the might again!!

she like to put blankets over her head and play peek a boo, or run around and run into things.  Once while playing this she ran right down the stairs.  Not so happy about that!!

She loves baby Mac.  Every time he is here she wants to kiss him and hug him.  She has tried to take him out of Lindsey's arms so she could walk around with him!!

She loves to be with her siblings, she follows them everywhere. They are always bringing her to me so she can't bug them!!

She now sleeps with books.  Taking after both her older siblings!!

Howard and Liz wed...

Howard and Liz got married in the Logan Temple on Friday the 4th!!  It was such a nice ceremony!

They didn't have a reception, just a nice dinner with 250 of their closest friends and family!!

It was at Gardner Village, it was so nice.  If James and I got married again I would do it just like this.  It was beautiful!!

Welcome to the family Liz, we all love you!! 

 a couple weeks ago Liz, Howard's then wife to be went through the temple.  We headed down to the Oquirrh Mountain temple to be with her.  I was a really nice day...we were kid free for all of it...the whole day...that made it extra nice!!

My sisters, Mom and I all took Liz out for a bridal shower!!  We just got a kneaders here in Logan so we tried it out!!  Always a good time when your out with the girls!!

Trick or Treat!

On Halloween the kids got to dress up for school, they both loved that!  Me and the girls even wore our costumes to the gym!! 

 Every year we go to my parents house after the trick or treating is done and we have stew in bread bowls and my parents make homemade doughnuts!!  We love it!!

Lions Halloween Party

 My grandparents invited our family to a Halloween party with them!  It was so fun!  Not to crowded and fun things for the kids to do!!  Kambree, My Grandma and I all got our faces painted!  The face painter was amazing!!
