A Retirement Card ............

Hi everyone, I have a retirement card to share with you today that I made for an order. I made another 8 x 8 inch card, I'm getting a bit addicted to these now! The person who was retiring is into gardening so I decided to use the Paper Nation image that I have had for ages and I used some lovely papers from the Polka Doodles CD Sundae of Seasons.

Thanks to everyone that wished my little Grace well, she is nearly back to normal now, full of mischief and being naughty! Can't you tell when are well again!

Papertake Weekly Dawny's Sketch #1 ......

Dawny has done a fantastic sketch over at Papertake Weekly Challenge. This card is for my father in law whoose birthday it is tomorrow. I do tend to leave things to the last minute sometimes! I think it was because it was a man's card! My father in law loves golf so I hope that he will like this card that I made using one of the Papernation decoupage sheets.

A Strictly Happy Birthday ......

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a great weekend and enjoying the sunshine. We have had fantastic weather here in Norfolk today so I have been busy gardening instead of crafting today but I did make this card in the week to give to my lovely mum in law. My mum in law loves strictly come dancing so I thought this dancing couple by papernation would be perfect for a card for her.

Friday Sketchers - Sketch 13

I love this week's sketch over at Friday Sketchers it was perfect for this first birthday card which I made for my mum to give her best friend's grandson.

There has not been much more time for crafting this weekend as we went out last night and today. It also does not help that Grace has decided to spend half the night awake for the last week and I feel like a zombie! I have tried her on some baby rice today to see if that will help her go through the night, wish me luck!

This is the card I made for my husband Will's birthday today. Rubber stamping is my first love when it comes to card making but I still like to do a little bit of decoupage every now and again as they were the first ever sort of cards that I made. I really love these paper nation images. As well as being for my husband this card is also for the ABC Challenge. Well we have to multi task when we can!
