Ogden Canyon Waterfall

Went out as a family today and went through Ogden Canyon and passed this pretty little waterfall. The weather was so nice and the scenery was so pretty!


The leaves are starting to change a little. I love that! Love that Fall is finally arriving, but saddened that with Fall comes a NASTY cold winter soon after....BOOOO!!!!!

Ice Skating

Went Ice Skating with some of Taylor's best buds from high school and their families and had so much fun. I haven't been in years and the girls have never been Ice Skating before so it was fun for us. Brynlee wanted to do it all by herself and was really bummed out when we had to go home. Tayson's feet were to small for skate's so he just slipped around with us in his shoes but he was all smiles. Kamryn and Taylor biffed it pretty hard and Kamryn had decided she had enough of skating. As for myself......I am basically a professional and showed up all the other skaters at the rink.....haha ok not really, I suck but at least I didn't fall. We had a good time and thanks to our friends for the invite.

1ST DAY OF DANCE

THE GIRLS HAD THEIR FIRST DAY OF DANCE TOGETHER AND THEY DID GREAT! KAMRYN HAS BEEN TAKING DANCE FOR 2 YEARS NOW SO SHE KNEW WHAT TO DO. BRYNLEE HAS BEEN WANTING TO GO TO DANCE CLASS FOR A LONG TIME NOW AND WAS SOOOOOOO EXCITED TO GO TO DANCE CLASS. SHE KEPT TELLING ME ALL DAY "MOM, I AM SO EXCITED FOR DANCE CLASS". AND DURING DANCE SHE SHOUTED OUT LIKE 3 TIMES "MOM, I AM HAVING SO MUCH FUN". SHE DID PRETTY GOOD, BUT I THINK IT IS GONNA TAKE HER A FEW TIMES BEFORE SHE GETS THE HANG OF IT. KAMRYN DID AWESOME AND ENJOYED MEETING NEW FRIENDS AND LEARNING A NEW DANCE.

Hogle Zoo

Took the kids to Hogle Zoo.
Had a good time with our cute little family and our good friends Brian and Emily (and Drake A.K.A Tricky).
Kids were a little restless because of little sleep and no naps.
Kam loved the Elephant.
Bryn loved the Penguins.
Tayson loved the Zebra's.
Taylor and I liked the Giraffe's and Rhino's.
Thought the kids would like the carousel, ended up not being the highlight of the day.
The zoo was PACKED.
But we still had a good time and we liked watching the kids get interested in the animals.
Good times!
