Easy like Sunday Morning in Bed

Today is rather a lazy day
so I thought that maybe I would just lounge
with my little green mousie in bed.

Also, I am watching some squirrels and birds
out the front window, when I am not snoozing!

I'm Sleepy...

Lately this chair has been my favorite place to nap.
I was all sprawled out here yesterday.
As you can see it's quite comfortable. I don't know why
but sometimes I like to nap
with my head hanging down. China Cat kept talking about the porch. She always wants to go out... I'm staying right here... Stretching out my hind leg
feels good... Will you please stop
taking my picture?
It's nap time, Mom! No, I will not smile...
Can't you see it really is nap time!

My Porch in Springtime

China Cat and I love our porch in the Springtime.
As you see, we have practically
everything we need out there.

China has her cat grass,
but I don't understand the fascination with it.
However she seems to really like to eat it.
I've sniffed it but I don't ever eat it.

We also have our tent,
which is very nice for napping inside.
We have our fresh water in a plastic bowl
because sometimes I look to push it off.
Sometimes we have toys there too.
We love going out to the porch! I just like to relax and watch
the birds, bunnies, squirrels and chipmunks. China can't get enough of that cat grass! See, we even brought our squillions,
Sadie-Katie and Charlie, out with us. They don't understand cat grass either. I do really like to drink water though
and it seems especially fun outside.

My Mardi Gras Tiara...

Mardi Gras is today
and here I am wearing my purple fish beads.

I love tuna so I let my Food Lady
put these purple fish beads around my neck.
I am laying on her hat in this picture
and I had been playing with the other beads too!
Then I became so tired, it being nap time and all...Then my Food Lady
brought in this tiara for me to wear...I wasn't sure about this idea
but since I was very sleepy,
I just left it on my head
while she took this picture of me.
I do look very royal with my tiara!Happy Mardi Gras!!!!!

Just Relaxing...

Today I was just hanging around on the recliner,
not doing much, just thinking...
When suddenly, there goes the Food Lady's
flashy thing right in my face!And so I just looked the other way.
I don't think I have to be "on" all the time, do you?And on Friday, check out all the other cats on the Friday Ark!
