Refund policy

We encourage conscious consumption.
For this reason, we do not allow order cancellations for non-defect reasons, to minimise waste and environmental impact from transport. Please ensure that you have the information you need before making your purchase. 

To be eligible for a claim, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a claim, contact us at shoponline@tableguy.sg. Please provide the following information for faster processing: (i) Description of the issue; (ii) Photos/ Videos of the issue; and (iii) Your invoice number. 

If your claim is accepted, we will arrange a collection service for bulky furniture returns, and smaller items will need to be sent to the following address: 221 Henderson Road #01-06A Singapore. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to claim any expenses incurred as a result.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like services (such as an oiling or resurfacing session, workmanship services), customised products, and care goods (such as maintenance oils).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about the item you wish to return.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Depending on the specifics of your issue, our team may propose an exchange for your item. We will let you know when the assessment has been completed. 

Refunds
Depending on the specifics of your issue, our team may propose a refund on your item. Refunds are processed when we’ve received and inspected your return. Our team will contact you to confirm the refund process, depending on the payment method you chose at point of purchase. All refunds will be processed net of transaction fees incurred for using payment gateways (Credit Card: 3%; BNPL: 5%).

In the event that we are unable to approve the refund due to user damage of the item, our team will notify you either (i) of the rectification fee that will be deducted from your refund to restore the damaged item; or (ii) the transport fee to return you the item.
