Shipping policy

Orders above $800 are eligible for one complimentary delivery trip to one location in Singapore.

Complimentary Delivery

Our complimentary delivery service provides transport and installation of all items within the eligible invoice, to one location in Singapore, up to street or lift-landing levels. Specialised delivery requirements such as staircase carrying and craning will incur separate fees to be quoted on enquiry. Our complimentary deliveries are conducted on Mondays - Fridays, between 9am to 6pm. Complimentary deliveries are not available on weekends and public holidays. 

Scheduling

Our team will notify you approximately one week before, of your scheduled delivery date and time. While we make every effort to accommodate requests for specific dates, this cannot be guaranteed until the final scheduling notice.

Transport is a live event with many moving parts, and the occasional delay may be experienced. In the event that a delay is anticipated, our team will contact you.

Rescheduling/ Redelivery

To maximise efficiency, our delivery partners collect your orders from us the day before your delivery. For this reason, any changes to your delivery slot requested within 24 hours of delivery will incur redelivery fees starting from $200, depending on the size of your order, as they would have to return your order to our workshop/ warehouse. 

Storage

We accept orders up to 4 months in advance. Requests for delivery delays beyond 4 months from date of order will incur storage fees depending on the amount and duration of storage required. Please note that requests for storage are subject to availability and may not be possible.

Receiving

Please ensure that someone you trust is present within your scheduled delivery window, to receive and inspect your order. All delivery damage claims must be submitted on receipt of the item. Damage claims submitted after the delivery team has left the premises will not be accepted. 

Should you require specialised installation requirements (such as a specific leg placement), it is your responsibility to ensure that someone you trust is present to guide the installers on your preferences. The information provided by your representative on-site is considered to be the last and overriding authority on the matter, regardless of any prior communications. 

Our delivery team cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your property during the delivery - please ensure that someone you trust is on-site to supervise, if needed.

Staircase Carrying

We value the safety and work of our delivery partners. All staircase carrying will incur a service fee of $80/ floor, and a max restriction on number of floors may be applied depending on the weight of your item.

In the event that staircase use is required on the day without prior notification, your delivery will be cancelled and a redelivery fee will be charged (from $200, depending on size of order).

Disposal

Should you require assistance with disposing old furniture, please request a quote prior to delivery. Disposal fees start from $180 per item, and will be quoted based the size, material and quantity of items to be disposed, and they are given wholly to our disposal team to cover their fuel and labour costs in managing your waste. If you have made a disposal order, please make sure that your invoice states so clearly. 

On the spot disposal requests may or may not be possible, as the truck may or may not have space to accommodate your items. 

Access

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that there is safe and ready access for the delivery and installation team, during the delivery window agreed on. This includes but is not limited to paying any deposits and adhering to any specific requirements by your apartment management, and ensuring that all obstructions (pots, plants, boxes etc) and renovation debris has been cleared to prevent accidents in the work area or damage to your items.

Should our team be unable to access the installation location within 15 minutes of arrival, the delivery will be cancelled and a redelivery fee will be charged (starting from $200, depending on the size of your order).
