Kidrobot were stopped in their tracks when they found MP Gautheron’s instagram page. The vibrant colors and fine details of her pieces are something of a special kind of art. They immediately reached out to her in the hopes of bringing the Kidrobot.com audience of collectors a unique custom Dunny series and were more than thrilled when she agreed to do a set of 38 individual custom Dunny’s for Kidrobot.com. This one-of-a-kind custom Dunny collection officially released today for collectors in the USA on Kidrobot.com.
This Kidrobot.com exclusive collection features 38 intricately hand-painted custom Dunny creations featuring MP Gautheron’s signature style applied to 3-inch, 5-inch, 8-inch and 20-inch Dunny’s. Each art piece is signed, numbered and comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity signed by MP Gautheron which includes the name of the piece, number of the piece and photos authenticating an official part of The 38 Custom Dunny Collection by MP Gautheron.
The collection is available at Kidrobot.
About MP Gautheron:
MP Gautheron is a French artist based in Lyon, France. She has always been immersed in an artistic environment, as her mother is art professor and painter. Since her childhood she has navigated between her mother’s classes and art schools. As a painter and sculptor, her graphic universe is a mix of skulls, animals, nature and patterns.
After seeing a skull filled with colorful pattern, a French toy collector asked her to paint a designer toy. This was the beginning of her venture into the world of customizing art toys.
Her toy customizations are filled with colorful hand painted designs and some even react to black light. Recently she has began adding sculpts to some of the toys, bringing a new dimension to her customs. Today she juggles between her paintings exhibitions and her toy customizations.

In case you missed it (and everyone but 1 person did), Loz from Haus of Boz put up Baby Zilla for sale. In the midst of wedding planning, Loz Boz is still creating some cute and colorful customs. Baby Zilla features the recognizable sculpted features that has become typical of a Loz Boz custom. Maybe sometime after all of the wedding planning madness has settled down, Loz will be able to create a larger run of presale pieces to provide more of a chance for collectors to pick up a piece. Until that time, make sure to follow Haus of Boz on social media and stay up to date with her latest and upcoming releases.
From Haus of Boz:
From Haus of Boz:
ROOOWWWWWRRRR!!!!
A tiny roar echoes out across the city! Small dust clouds puff up into the sky, as Baby Zilla wakes up and DEMANDS a lollipop.
Believe me, you gotta give it up right away, you don't wanna be around for this tiny titan's terrible tantrum if she doesn't get her candy fix!

Zukaty Art has just released a handful of customs from the past year for sale in his online shop. There's quite a bit of variety most being made in Japanese soft vinyl figures from the likes of RealxHead, Maxtoy, Secret Base and M1go, the Mecha Ju is a 8" Kidrobot Dunny inspired by Hirota Saigansho Brutal Monsters, and a coulple of 5" Kozik Labbits custom painted double sided so you can vary your display, Manyeyes Monster and HeartCage.
Additionally older pieces and art in the store have now been reduced, so if there's something you have had your eye on now is the the time to get it.

With Designer Con 2015 only a few weeks away, Jon-Paul Kaiser is still delivering commissioned pieces, while also prepping to make his trip over to California for DCON. Jon-Paul's latest custom set is a nautical themed custom Sturnbrau and Sketchup Dunny set. This older Captain Sturnbrau continues to gather more tattoos and new emblem on his hat, signs of the distances traveled in his ship, the Whispering Corsair. A nice companion piece to Captain Sturnbrau is the Sketchup Dunny, which shows a battle between a sperm whale and a giant Kraken-like squid. With the epic fight taking place within the confines of an old grog bottle, the ship that once sailed the seas lay sunken on the bed of the sea floor. Photos were taken by Justin Allfree, with more photos showing up on Jon-Paul Kaiser's social media pages. This set makes a nice pair and is a nice primer for those who are going to be attending DCon 2015. Jon-Paul is sure to bring along a lot of goodies with him. So, for anyone within driving range of Anaheim, make sure to purchase tickets for DCON now.

Jon-Paul Kaiser's latest commissioned piece to be delivered is a Hellraiser Jr Custom Pinhead Dunny. Featuring 48 hand placed pins, Jon-Paul spent hours placing the pins, getting the proper spacing and gluing them into place. With the amazing paint application, the additional pins really bring this custom to life. This is unmistakeably Pinhead from Hellraiser. The wonderful photography was taken by Justin Allfree. For those who are interested in a commissioned piece, be sure to contact Jon-Paul Kaiser and get the ball rolling.
