Family and Friends on Friday

 

Ollie: Woofs everyone! As you know, we've seen quite a bit of the horses lately, with all the birthdays to celebrate. When she was taking lots of photos for #1, Ms. T got this rather nice one of me through Violette's legs!

We also have this one off the Vs seeing if they can come in for a cup of tea!

You may be wondering where Ryū was? Very busy, as usual, although he's never too busy to wrestle with Momo!

On the subject of friends, we would like to introduce a new one. Her name is Bonny and she lives in London. She is a very posh cat as her Daddy is the President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom!

Isn't she beautiful? She probably hangs out with other high-powered cats such as Larry at No.10, Downing Street. We feel honoured that she was gracious enough to share her photo with us!

Benny: Hello Everyone, Benny The Black here! You know what? The sun plays some interesting tricks around here! Just look at these photos of me #1 took the other day:

Can you see it? I look brown, don't I? I've heard of tanning in the sunlight, so do you think that's the kitty version, where we get lighter instead of darker?

As you know, I am Benny The Black, NOT Benny The Brown. Just look at this photo!

What do you mean, there are reddish reflections in that one too? Oh! You meant the GloBats? That's OK then. You had me worried for a minute!

Ryū-Chan: #1 loves to watch eventing (the kind with horses) on television and she had a real treat last weekend as it was the annual Badminton Trials, one of the Holy Grails of eventing. A lady called Ros Canter, riding a horse called Lordships Gruffalo (nickname: Walter) was aiming to make history and win the title for a third time on the same horse. And she did it! It was absolutely amazing! She rode a perfect dressage test, a perfect cross-country, and a perfect jumping round. I, Dragon Ryū, did my utmost to unseat her during the cross country portion, but she totally ignored me!

Congratulations to GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) Ros and Walter! By the way, Ros had a baby, a daughter, only 16 weeks ago! Here is a pic of them doing their victory round:

Manly Monday with Momo

 

Momo-Chan: Hi Everyone! Fluff Puff here! This week, we are starting our manly post with The Big V since it is his birthday tomorrow! He will be 17 years old! #1 says he behaves exactly like a teenager! He is looking very handsome, though, and he knows it!

We also have a really nice shot of Benny The Black today. Something had captured his interest although #1 never figured out what!

As for Ryū and me, well, we had quite the wrestling match yesterday as #1 was trying to make the bed:

Special Birthday Snuggles on Sunday!

 

Benny: Hello everyone! Your SoS host, Benny The Black here! This is a special week as our giant gang members, Violette and Vidock, are celebrating their 17th birthday. Violette's is tomorrow, Monday, and Vidock's is on Tuesday. #1 had a bit of a photo shoot with them yesterday to celebrate, and we thought we would share the snuggle pics with you today.
